FreeSpirits Horsemanship is owned by Gracie Hageman. Continuing a successful and fulfilling journey of becoming a horse trainer, helping both horses and humans.

Follow the progress of a life long dream becoming a horse trainer. Using equine psychology, communication, leadership, and love, I strive to help every horse I come across. The journey that I am on is helping me pursue that and help my personal horses become better as I become better. My hope is to one day share the information with others, while helping them with their own horses, helping both horse and human find their fullest potential.

Royal Lunar Blessing

Royal Lunar Blessing 2019 AQHA perlino gelding.

“Moon” is looking for a new location! Moon has been shown consistently in the Stock Horse of Texas Junior horse classes in the all around, placing well in trail.
He excels in trail, you can drag, carry a slicker, trot/lope over logs, walk over a bridge, and open/close a gate. You can ride him out alone or with another horse. Rides outside and in an arena.
Would work well showing in a boxing only class.
Has stops, turn arounds, reining circles, and run downs. Can work a cow but not cowy. Works it like a Reiner but is patterned to the cow.
Can ride one handed or two. Stands still for saddling, ground manners of a gentleman, and will stand tied patiently. Trailers amazingly and has been hauled out a bunch, with others and by himself.
Has some quirks in him but has been there done that. He can be cold-backed when he’s had time off, and he’s completely deaf. His ideal new rider would be an advanced rider who wants to take him to local ranch classes on the weekends and trail ride. Does need special shoes for his front feet, but nothing major. Need help with your youngsters? This sweet little girl is getting some training to help her along as she grows up! It is so much easier for baby and owner if they are trained on simple manuvers and care. Baby Monroe had a big training session today learning that fighting wasn’t a good thing and choosing the human is better, with pressure and release and moving the feet where I ask.
