Calling all fellow breeders!
We have a tiny Benjamin Button on our hands!
(We have sent our vet pictures & have an appt tomorrow)
Has anyone experienced this with a puppy?
Ash (our cleft baby) has begun balding on his head & legs...
He shares an area with Cinder (our runt) who is NOT experiencing this - so I feel that rules out things like; mites & bacterial infections.
His skin looks fine - no rashes or sores.

I know it's rare, but we're wondering if it could be Hypothyroidism or Hypotrichosis?

Other than the strange balding, he's doing great!
We know that oftentimes cleft babies have other issues that present themselves as they grow... This is definitely a 1st for us!

If anyone has seen this before, we'd love to hear your experiences & get some insight.
