Thankfully I have my kids to help groom my dogs. I am a few weeks behind on her Halloween groom, I was going to do the parade this year but I couldn’t 🥲 There is always next year!!

Please be patient with me, I am trying to reach out to everyone. I have a ton of clients to message still, and I am working on rearranging my schedule since everyone’s appointments who I can still groom are all messed up.

I thank everyone for their patience and understanding. I can’t believe it’s been 3 weeks, but I have to allow myself to heal and listen to my body. Every day gets better but I’d be lying if I said I was all better 🥲

I could barely even walk 3 weeks ago (see: 3rd photo of my dog wondering why I’m laying on the floor)…fast forward to today, I groomed 2 dogs and managed to walk around the park (altho very slowly 😂) while my son is at soccer practice. I’m so thankful for my healing but also understanding the balance I need to have to not injure myself again.

To my amazing clients,

I unfortunately hurt my back last week and as I have been hanging on doing my smaller dog clients so far, I have not fully been allowing myself to heal.

Unfortunately I am going to need to take some time away from grooming in the meantime to allow myself to heal, so hopefully I can get back as soon as possible!!! I hope I will be ok in a week or so, but I can’t make any promises. Especially with the larger dogs. I have to be able to bend, lift, and maneuver them without making myself worse.

I apologize for any inconvenience this gives anyone, and I have a few mobile groomers/ shops to refer people to in the meantime if needed.
