Shared from another veterinary clinic. Just some insight as to why we may not be able to fit pets in our schedule and there may be a wait for an appointment. This is also why we may need to refer pets to an ER or urgent care. We have had 4 small animal practices closed in our county and the majority of full time hospitals are still looking for additional Dr.'s and support staff to help w/ clinic overflow. We do love and care for ALL pets wellbeing, but cannot always accommodate the needs of every pet.

If you would be a new client, please keep in mind that we ask a Meet & Greet be done with you & your pets a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your requested sitting dates. We are happy to try & accommodate established clients on a shorter time frame, but as always, we appreciate as much notice as possible. Thank you! 😊

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, be a responsible pet owner & leash your dogs!!! (THROW OUT the flex leads that essentially offer no control over your dog. Any truly experienced & reputable dog trainer will attest to that!) Even if your dog is friendly, others that they may come in contact with may be fearful, protective, or dog reactive. No one likes a loose dog running through the neighborhood causing chaos OR worse yet, being hit by a car when running across the street. People, too, can be fearful of dogs, especially large ones. And don't assume because you own a breed that is typically friendly, that they won't bite. You, the homeowner can then be held liable! Sometimes pets get loose by accident, IT HAPPENS, but when it happens too often, then it causes strained relationships among neighbors. Too often times, people rely on underground fencing to secure their dogs. NO DOG should be left outside unattended! Even if your dog wears an electric collar & has been trained to know property boundaries, it still isn't a good idea to just leave them out to roam. Things like squirrels, skunks, cats, etc., can be a huge distraction & a temptation for most dogs to chase. BE RESPONSIBLE & keep your dog safe!!
