"I adopted a 4 month old shepherd mix from the pound and once he was full vaccinated I proceeded to look for trainers in my area. I called around and noticed there were several different types of trainers in my area that wanted to keep and kennel my dog for over 30 days. This idea wasn’t something I was comfortable with because not only did it separate me from bonding with my newly adopted puppy it also took me out of the equation all together. Don’t be fooled by companies who will take your dog and keep them kenneled for weeks without you being present. I proceeded to interview with a few different companies until I found Kate. The method of in house training was exactly what I was looking for. She immediately set boundaries with my dog the moment she stepped foot in my home and taught me how to train him with love and respect. If you are looking for a trainer that will give you the tools to bond with your dog while learning obedience Kate is the person to call. The fact that she understands how to communicate with my dog and shows me exactly how to correctly communicate with him as well makes all the difference to me. Kate will help you train your dog and as long as you continue working with your dog and repeat the lessons she teaches you will definitely start to see improvement quickly as you bond with your dog in the comfort of your own home. Rest in sweet puppy paradise Kahlua. You will be missed but will forever live in the hearts of everyone who loved you. Run free in perfect health until you are reunited with your family again. When the love between dog and dog trainer is real.
Loki's mom and dad are out of town. I come by and drop in dog sitting twice a day. At night, I'm here for a while. We play, snuggle, chill, and go potty before I feed him and go home. One of the things we both enjoy is couch time where I read, and he lays on top of me. He's a good boy, and I love being able to be here for him and his parents.
