Hello there, this is Brittney. I just wanted to pop on here and go over a few things! First thing is I just want to say how much an appreciate all of my clients. I have almost been up and running for 2 years now and I am so happy and thankful that all the hard work and stress of a new business has been worth it. Secondly, with that, I just want to say that it is only me running everything and I do my best to get with everyone. Facebook messenger has been very faulty for me and I just want to remind that the best and quickest way to reach me is through text to my business line of 270.945.6680. I don’t want anything to fall through the cracks by having too many points of contact. You may also call of course, but I do not answer the phone if I am driving or working with pups for safety reasons. If you leave a voicemail, I try to get back with you as soon as possible. Again, text is the easiest and quickest but, I know that is not an option for everyone. I am working on a way to make this process easier for everyone. Another point I would like to touch up on is, with the growth of this business, I have been getting busier for sure. That is a good thing of course, but it also means that it is getting harder to find appointments. I greatly recommend getting on a schedule of 4-6 weeks for grooms or 6-8 for my bath dogs so you would be set long term without worrying about having to wait longer. We are approaching the holiday season so please, if you haven’t already, reach out to book an appointment. I would hate for anyone to not be able to get their pup with me during this very busy time. I appreciate everyone’s patience with me, I am one little person and I’m doing my best. 😂
