Temperament evaluation for TOFFEE-TASTIC:

Stable Traits (will likely not change over time, however things can be taught/trained)
Assertiveness- Medium. Will push boundaries into your space for snuggles and may jump on you.
Motivation Level- Medium. She has a mind of her own. Will play with you but has an off-switch when she is tired.
Prey Drive- Low. I don't foresee her chasing kids/animals around, she also has minimal interaction with the flirt pole when we play with her.
Human Focus- Medium/High. Will follow the tester around, doesn't look to the neutral dog for comfort but may seek a "safe space" in the house
Tenderhearted- Medium/Low. Would prefer not to get involved if someone is having an emotional breakdown.
Energy Level- Medium. Like all puppies, they will have a time for craziness and silliness, but I notice she turns off quicker than some of the other puppies and can mellow out at that point

Adjustable Traits (can be worked on through proper socialization)
Confidence- High. Came into the space very confident, checking things out and not overly bothered
Nerve Strength/Resiliency- High. We stacked "stressors" on her and she handled them fairly well, was able to recover easily
Touch Tolerance- High. Melts into your arms
Sound Sensitivity- Low. Ran for cover, will need some help when she comes home to be exposed to more sounds of life to help desensitize her
Sight Sensitivity- High. Not bothered by erratic movements in her sight line.
Dog Friendliness- Neutral. Doesn't need to be around other dogs to be fulfilled.

Notes: Toffee Tastic is our smallest puppy, but she is mighty. She never lets her small stature get in her way, she hasn't been challenged by stairs or any of the curriculum items we have given to her. She's confident, loves people and also has an independent streak to her. When you bring her home it's important to crate train her and have a gated area for her so she has a safe space. When she turns off or walks away, it's important to respect her boundaries and allow her time to herself. She is not an overly sensitive puppy, so will be unbothered by emotional outbursts but may not engage either.

Our 5 week olds now enjoy daily outdoor time, they are fully weaned from Mama and have a larger indoor space to play. They have louder sound desensitization and are getting daily grooming exposures to the clippers, brush, eye/ear wipes and toothbrush! They adore being handled and played with and are shaping up to be incredible family companions. We are obsessed 💖🥰🐾

Brandy and Meeko's Girl Scout Cookies have us smitten. They are just over 2 weeks old now and are chunky and thriving!! They still have that newborn look to them, not quite cognizant yet but by next week their litter personalities will start to show bit by bit.
They are still going through phase 1 of their curriculum, but we start phase 2 on Saturday 🐾
These guys are going to be STARS 🤩
Adventurefuls and S'mores are boys, everyone else is a girl. Who's your fav cookie?

📣Officially Introducing Brandy x Meeko's
🍪GIRL SCOUT COOKIES LITTER 🍪
We have 6 beautiful girls and 2 boys, the puppies will be going home right in time for Girl Scout cookies! (January 14th, 2025)
Brandy is already an expert, this is her second litter. She makes really good milk for the cookie-babies so they are happy and gaining weight. All are doing well so far🙏
Genetic testing will be done on the pups next week for those who have inquired with us for furnishings and cddy carriers

✨We are EXPECTING!✨
Brandy and Meeko have been paired for gorgeous traditional and chocolate Tri Bernedoodles due next month! Brandy is a fantastic Mama bear who is protective, loving, and makes confident puppies!
Our goals for this pairing:
Both Brandy and Meeko have been fully genetic and OFA tested to produce healthy, sound pups. We should have a litter of entirely straight, fluffy, low-shedding puppies that do not carry for parti (predominantly white).
This litter should be one of the smallest we've had yet as Meeko is only 21lbs and Brandy is 35-40lbs (depending on how much she's being fed 😂). Estimated size is 25-35lbs fully grown.
Meeko's Mom tells me he could easily be a therapy dog, loves everyone around him and is calm natured and eager to please. Paired with Brandy's confident and protective nature, we should have very even tempered puppies that will be excellent around children and could potentially be trained for service/therapy work.
Deposits placed now are full refundable until pups turn 2 weeks old, transferrable to another litter prior to the puppies turning 5 weeks old and puppy pick day is after 7 weeks old once we complete their temperament evaluations. We are taking only 3️⃣ more until the puppies are born and we know how many will be available💖
Go home date is approx mid January

Now that most of the pups have gone home, we have two incredible babies looking for their families. They are 9 weeks old and will mature around 30-35lbs.
These are the very last puppies Brie will ever have, she gave us 18 beautiful heart-dogs over her career as a Mama with us and so these last babies are bittersweet for us. I've almost hesitated making this post, but they truly deserve the RIGHT family. It's always hard on us but especially hard on the puppies when they wonder where their littermates have gone... 💔

Girl 1: HAVARTI- she is the smallest in the litter, weighed only 6.5lbs last week at her vet visit. She has this quiet, unobtrusive quality about her. She wants to be near you, but doesn't have to take over your whole space. She's submissive and sweet as pie, incredibly intelligent and has a tendency to feed off your emotions. She would thrive in any home, but would be a perfect fit for someone who wanted a *companion* and not just a dog. She truly has all the qualities of a Heart-Dog already and will bond really quick to her new people.

Girl 2: GORGONZOLA- She is not much bigger than Havarti, and will be about 35lbs fully grown. This is the first puppy we've produced with 2 crystal clear blue eyes. Never in a million years did I think she would be the last chosen! She's actually had 2 people reserve her but the timing didn't work out, so maybe she was patiently waiting for you the entire time...?
She's more energetic than Havarti, and enjoys playing with other dogs, will sit in your lap but also climb all over you giving you tons of kisses and love.

Brie and Dunkin' have welcomed TEN beautiful puppies into the world last weekend. This is the largest litter we've had 😳 and it is also Brie's RETIREMENT litter. Brie was our first dog we started Buttery Bernedoodles with. This litter will be bittersweet for us as it marks the end of an era for us and will usher in the next generation.
