Please, there are no leash laws with cats because they just won’t obey or be constrained, so if the cat isn’t yours, Please do Not feed it. It will go home, or provide for itself. The animal shelters are full, so if you are just overwhelmed with desire to feed the cats, then please have them spayed or neutered.

Dog licenses for 2020 are available as of October 15th - January 31st. A 25 dollar late fee will be added as of February 1st. 😳
