Here's the icy and snowy weather we needed for Christmas ❄️☃️
As a reminder to policies in the van I will stay very strict on this year... PLEASE please leave additional time OPEN surrounding your appointment times! I ask for an hour window on the top end and as well as behind. With this weather and the unpredictable nature of it as well as always scheduling the appointments at typically the latest you'd see me, it is possible your appointment time will change.
I do need to have access to the dog and payment or I will not be able to come. The beauty of mobile is that you don't have to be home if you don't want to be! I understand some people are not comfortable with that, but it is always an option so you know I am ready and willing to help!
I understand things come up, but if you have appointments scheduled right before your grooming appointment and I cannot receive access to the pup and payment, I will most likely have to reschedule.
Also, I have some clients who prefer to pay with Apple Pay and I have allowed that as well! They are charging service fees now so there will most likely be a card fee for Apple services. Payment is due upon completion of services please please. I've had to do a little more tracking down of payment than I should have to and I want this to be as easy and fair as possible for everyone!
