This past weekend Dare and I went to a NASDA trial to work on getting some points for his level 2 title. We ended up with 5 best in breed and a high in trial!
My favorite video from this weekend of Dare pinpointing exactly where the article is and alerting as accurately as possible.
‘Rookie’ doing the can pool!
Dare is gonna make a showing in the upcoming frisbee season! (Toss and fetch)
Rookie 😍 First “real” session. 12 weeks old. ❤️
We got a new toy for the dogs - slat mill. The working dogs LOVE IT.
Zsasz’s first time and reaction to the slat mill.
Dare working on some positions in the ‘soda can pool’. Pretty happy with how his first time went! Gonna try a different distraction after a few sessions of this.
Virus just doing some fun stuff 😍
Working on introducing different “types” of tunnels, sending away, and changing Dare’s default recall/finish. All and all I’m happy with how the sessions have been going. I can’t for me to be physically stable enough to get our PSA1!
“Maze”
Now that my leg injury is healed and the muscle is coming back we get to get back to doing we we do! Slowly.
I’m super happy with how Maze has been progressing! Maturity looks good on her 😍
"Dogs are most joyful, when they get to do the things that fulfill them." - Dick Russell
Maze putting in some work. Her grip 😍
It’s safe to say she is maturing into something special.

Controlled Aggression Podcast episode #8.
Dare blowing off some steam in a fun scenario we haven’t done for a while. Working these dogs no matter the weather. Thank you to some dedicated decoys / helpers.

Controlled aggression podcast. Episode #8.
First time working Dare myself after my leg injury. Shout out to the bravest decoy Adrian for using a puppy sleeve and #sorrynotsorry for the Dare “love bites” 😍
Slick / sloped surfaces went well with Maze today! I so wish I got video of her going down the slide 100 times. Next time for sure.
Can we appreciate Dare’s tail acting like a motor 😂❤️
Dare getting some play and swim time in the dock diving pool semi local to us today. We don’t plan on competing with him this year (unless it’s hydro dash); but check out that stand still jump from the edge of the dock!
This boy truly gives everything he has in everything he does.
It’s hard to believe Zsasz is 10 months old! This special boy is showing fantastic aggression, nice prey, good possession, full/hard grips, beautiful hunt, super environmental soundness, and wonderful sociability.
We are getting closer to prelims and we are excited to see what’s inside this monster.
“Redline’s Dare Devil”
Committed, clear, and powerful 😍
Very excited to show in PSA1 this year!
“Taino’s Supervillain Zsasz” weighing in around 60+ lbs and about 6 months old.
Slow and steady wins the race! This boy is showing the desire for full pushing grips, hard bites, good prey drive, good food drive, nice possession, and is anticipated/proving to be a serious worker. All qualities we love 😍

Another video from training.

Genetics are a beautiful thing. Combined with great training, amazing people, and an understanding of “how these dogs work” / “fairness”; beautiful and powerful things happen.
