He ran straight to the river bank and jumped in the water with no fear. If you are looking for a good companion to go on adventures, hiking, or camping this boy is for you. He is a great car rider! These puppies killed it on Vet check day. This litter is so mild mannered. They sat perfectly in the wagon without crying or trying to escape. There personality’s are the best! This litter has one of the biggest puppies we have had weighing in at 9.5 lbs at 6 weeks old. This is Izzy’s last litter. Izzy was spayed yesterday and is doing fantastic. She is officially retired. Pup-date: Jake aced his AKC Canine Good Citizen exam. He starts Advanced Canine Good Citizen training next week, and began agility training today. Here’s a photo of him with the other dogs in our agility class. Doesn’t he look ready to rock and roll!

I got my boy today. The pet transporter met me at the interstate at 4 am. He is everything I had dreamed he would be and more. I took him to work and he didn’t miss a beat. The perfect little gentleman. He rode in the shuttle bus, and then the uhaul, napped under picnic tables, and clothes racks. He was the official greeter for Big Bear Tubing today, and now he is sound asleep from a very long trip and a hard day at work. He is going to make a great future stud and will be my best pal. I took about 3500 photos but here is about 10 instead, enjoy.

I have been contacted by many breeders lately looking for a color breed poodle. I spoke to a lady on the phone on Sunday who was extremely interested and wanted to pay her deposit. I had a gut feeling that something just wasn't quite right. Being the cyber detective that I am, LOL!!! I quickly googled her phone number and when I did, I was very shocked at all the different breeds she had for sale at the moment. Most of them were mixed with poodle. I politely asked her what her plans were for the puppy that she was fixing to purchase, and ask her if the puppy would be living inside her home or a kennel. She declined to answer my question and responded with, "I've found another poodle closer to my home and will no longer need yours". My next thought was, happy trails and good riddance! I love all of my poodle babies, and pray over every single poodle that is born in my home. I personally believe that HE strategically places every puppy in his/her right home.

With all of that being said, I will now be screening every single person who inquires about purchasing a poodle from me. Please don't be offended when I ask you where your poodle will be raised. If the answer is in a kennel, you probably shouldn't waist your time inquiring. I want all of my poodles to have happy and healthy homes where they will become a family member and live amazing life, and maybe even be lucky enough to go on vacation with you.

I am a responsible small hobby breeder not a PUPPY MILL. I have a fenced in a yard. My dogs live inside and have room to run and play outdoors. I take them to the groomer every 2 1/2 months and do yearly Vet checks and vaccines as needed. Poodles are expensive. I don't groom my own, and pay anywhere from $80-$100 per poodle everytime they are due.

So let me be very clear, if your interested in a dog as a breeding machine, throwing them in a kennel, trying to make a quick buck, or don't have the money to groom or take them to the Vet, DON'T CALL ME AND WASTE MY TIME.
