Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
Benefits:

• 10 days paid flex time (after 90-day probationary period)
• 2 paid volunteer days per calendar year

“Muzzled dogs aren’t bad dogs.” - The Muzzle Up Project

Here at Dog Training Elite, we too believe that muzzled dogs are NOT bad dogs. The right muzzle can be an important tool to keep you, your pup, and others safe.

Muzzles are used for a number of reasons. According to The Muzzle Up Project:

“ Dogs might wear muzzles because:
• She/He eats rocks, socks, or other non-food items that can be toxic or cause expensive and life-threatening surgeries.
• She/He is nervous of other dogs, and the muzzle helps keep everyone safe during off-leash hiking or on-leash walks.
• The muzzle works as a cue to tell other owners to give the dog some space.
• The owner wants to teach their dog to be comfortable wearing a muzzle in case the dog must wear one someday at the vet's office.”

We want to normalize the correct, safe use of muzzles. The only muzzles that Dog Training Elite recommends are basket muzzles because of the factors stated below.

“ A well-fitted basket muzzle allows your dog to take treats, drink, and pant comfortably - but not bite. “

Henry the Hound facing his fears!

This cutie came to us with some anxiety issues due to a difficult life before his owners adopted him. Today, 6 lessons in, he went to lowes and handled it like a champ!

Meet future therapy dog Roxie, who will be certified as a therapy dog as soon as she’s old enough. During the years Roxie’s mom worked at Veritas Collaborative, she saw firsthand how powerful therapy dogs can be for people who are having mental and physical health issues.

The Veritas patients with eating disorders, especially children and adolescents, were so happy to have a dog present for cuddling or tricks or just hanging out. The staff also benefited a lot from having a therapy dog present. It was a bright spot in what can be a very hard journey to health and recovery.

Roxie has a sweet, calm disposition and likes making new friends. She will be a great support for people in need.
