Watching the replay of the activity in their enclosure overnight has become quite interesting to me. Initially when reintroduced, there was nothing from either one. They stayed on opposite side of the perch and didn’t budge. Two nights ago he started actively climbing in her and around her. Last night he started poking his head in her coils. She is also relaxing her coils more. We shall see how this goes but just watching the behavior changes is fun in itself.

Crazy to think he’s nearly 800 grams… she makes him look half that even. Just some hypo pied stuff in the works to add some genes to my hypo clown pied project because have building blocks is key. Yes triple and quad recessives are incredible, but they are even more so when you work dominants and incomplete dominants into the project as well.

I’ve always enjoyed ball pythons and all things reptiles. In May of 2020, with the support of my family, I finally purchased my first ball python and it has quickly grown from there. They say that the best jobs are those that never really feel like work, that is what I hope to make this become. Thank you for taking a look at my page.
