Right before the big storm hit we had noticed that we had a family of kittens in our yard. Mom being a kitten herself with her 3 beautiful babies!
They did not come back until late last night! Tabytha only had eyes on mom and one of her babies. So today before we bring out the trap we are trying to get eyes on all four!

There are 3 things I would like to say about this situation:

#1. If you see a dog running loose in the woods, please dont assume they have an owner out there. If you can, at least take photo of dog and post info, including location.

#2. If you find a dog in the woods and have it, call the local police department or animal management to come get the dog. Dont leave them out there.

#3. Animals that are taken into Humane Society that have been found, do not get euthanized. Please dont think that they wont be cared for. Humane Societies will get them in, scan them for a chip, check their records for lost dog reports. If you dont want to send them to a humane society, contact a local rescue. Please dont just leave these dogs in the woods to become coyote bait.

Kronk is now home relaxing after his adventure of 42 days in the Forest of Flagstaff!
He only lost a total of 15 pounds. His PSR has now been upgraded to a 20.0! Making Kronk a top survivor of Naked and Thriving!!!
