Summer Help Wanted

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to help out over the summer with daily horse care duties. This is NOT A RIDING POSITION, but riding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
• Catching and handling horses of all ages
• Saddling and preparing horses
• Grooming and basic horse cleaning

Requirements:
• Comfortable working with horses of all ages and temperaments
• Dependable and on time
• Able to work mornings through early afternoon

Experience with horses is required. Perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys being around horses and wants hands-on barn experience.

I can’t say enough about these Just By Design babies, this is our 1st home grown 3yr old, out of our Heart of a Fox/ Levie Boon mare. We start quite a few Just By Design, aka LEX ) babies and they never disappoint. When bred to the right mare, you’re definitely breeding in the right direction. These babies have all the tools and speed to go any direction. Their thinker’s, they listen and they love to learn. Excited to see where this guy takes us.

This is Wyatt Lyon. This young man’s dedication to our program is unwavering. Wyatt is a full time High school student. He cowboys for his family’s ranches on the weekends, still finds time to help us keep our 2yr olds on track, and is just as handy on the ones farther along. We, here at Scott Silveira Horses, are so proud of our team!

We’ve had a blessed year with some amazing clients and tons of support. To finish the year with some much needed rain is beyond incredible! We are already scheduling into the New Year. Rain or shine, we go the extra mile.
