Hey everyone! Greetings from hot and humid Iowa. I just want to remind everyone that customer satisfaction is a key goal at Equus Fly Veils. I was a very happy fly veil customer and loved the product enough to purchase it, rather than let the product disappear. The original owner rode english and horses, I ride western on mules and horses. The veils do work for many different saddles and equine.
With that said, please...please...please if you have trouble with your fly veils, send me pictures and let me try to make you happy. I accept clean returns in their original package within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.
When you design something like this, you can not possibly build a design that will work everytime for every saddle and equine. I've had people send me pictures and we've done measurements and I've altered veils to work for their situation.
I can't fix something that you don't communicate is broken.
In the end if we can't make it work for you, I'm humble enough to accept your return and to also suggest some other similar products from other makers that might work better for your needs. Again, I was not the creator of Equus Fly Veils, but purchased it as a satisfied customer who had put the veils to use on my own animals!
