Hello everyone, meet Teddy!! 👋👋
We just welcomed Teddy into our rescue on 11/30. He was fully vetted today and he is now looking for his forever family!
Teddy is a 1 year old, fixed male, purebred cocker spaniel. He is very playful, sociable, and is great with big and small dogs. He is good with people and kids. I would caution with toddlers only because he is very jumpy.
Teddy is in need of a home, where he will have space to exercise and play, his new family will have time to give him attention and guide him with basic training. Teddy will love companionship with another dog to play with.

Update on our ringworm kitties!!!.............
I am so ecstatic that they are all in the clear!They are almost finished with treatment and they are symptom free!!!!!
I am sighing with relief and joy 😊
I want to again give a big heartfelt Thank you to everyone who has donated and showed much love during this process ! ❤️🙏

To add to the good news........... All kittens have pending adoptions!!!
Peaches (mama) is still waiting for her forever family. She has shown me how sweet and gentle she is. I do not intend to release her back outside, she has shown me that she has found comfort being indoors and will enjoy a more domestic lifestyle.

11/25 update............... Adoption Pending

Jasper and Willow are ready for adoption!
They are a bonded pair. They just turned 3 months old, both male. Jasper and Willow are both very playful and social. They love to be bundled up and cradled like a baby 🍼.
Our rescue is located in Sicklerville NJ.
We are willing to travel up to an hour within surrounding area.
They Will be up to date on their vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and felv/fiv tested before adoption.

Update on ringworm kitties............
It has been around the clock hard work caring for Peaches and her babies.
I am exhausted 🥱
It had been 3.5 weeks since we started with medicated baths and topicals. Because Peaches was still nursing her babies and babies were only about 3 weeks old when we took them in we were not able to start oral medication.
The medicated baths and topical treatment is helping and symptoms are improving. But now that they are old enough and babies are no longer nursing I can start oral medication to help sp*ed up the treatment process.
I am asking the public for help with monetary donations for their medical treatment. One bottle of Itrafungol (antifungal oral medication) costs $80 and we need 3 bottles. Their vet bill has already exceeded $300. This is adding up quickly and we haven't even gotten to the cost for their future spay/neuter and vaccines. If you are able to help with any amount we will be very grateful ❤️.

Our recent rescue........
Currently treating 5 kittens and momma cat for ringworm infection.. This was definitely a curve ball for us. I am thankful to be able to accommodate them and get them the care they need.

Reposting to help get support from the public to help support Chauncey's medical needs. Chauncey is one of the among dogs that unfortunately have suffered enough trauma and unconditional upbringing that are now deemed unadoptable. We pulled Chauncey from an overcrowded shelter back in February 2024. He has seen the behavioralist and is now on anxiety medications along with allergy medicine for chronic skin allergies. Though he has many quirks that unfortunately is unfixable, I am amazed how far he has come along. I have made personal changes in my lifestyle to accommodate him. TLC+conditional training+medications have really made enough positive changes that avoided me from making that "tough decision". It was an option sadly that even the vet found justifiable. But I am so happy that I did not give up on him. It takes a big heart and perseverance to look beyond their flaws and know there is a sweet, loving dog that wants to be loved and seek our affection but are too scared too ❤️. We need more people like this.
Yes, I know that the truth is that some of these pets unfortunately cannot be saved and can sadly pose a dangerous threat to us, but another truth is that we are too quick to give up and we are not doing our part as a responsible pet owner to train and condition these pets at an early age.
I apologize for this long post, this is what has been heavy on my heart and I want to share.

Please consider making a donation of any amount to help Chauncey's monthly medications and vet expenses. His home is with us now and we will continue to care and love him until we can't no more.

Juju and Corey (bonded pair), checking in and saying Hello to everyone!!! 😁
Still available for adoption!
Juju (female)and Corey (male) turned a year old this month and they are both still waiting for their forever home. Both very sweet and playful. Juju is blind in one eye and has little vision in the other and Corey has little vision in the right eye. They, unfortunately were born with eye defects, otherwise very healthy and happy kitties 😻❤️. They get around just fine, no special requirements needed.

Hello everyone! For those that do not know my rescue personally, my name is Jasmine and I started up Righteous Care Rescue, Inc. in 2020. We are a small foster based rescue based in Sicklerville, NJ. We travel a lot to rescue and to adopt out. This past year my personal life has been keeping me too busy from doing more work with the rescue. I am looking for more foster volunteers and also asking for monetary donations to help care for our current rescues under our care. Funds have been low and adoptions have been low.
I believe the reason for this is because we have been taking in special needs kitties and dogs that are needing more medical attention and are harder to adopt out. We currently have a GoFundMe fundraiser running for Chauncey. We also recently responded to an emergency rescue over the weekend for a newborn orphaned kitten from Jersey City.
