2 weeks out! Evee & Hurley babies in t minus 2 weeks!!! 🤗

Warning, this is a long(2 min) video.. But I am so incredibly proud of the progress Dexter has made on his training in HRD!!! Oh and this absolutely tortures Pip because all she wants to do is search. Lol He gets the same way when she is doing it too so it just helps build their drive.

1 of the babies out of Zora's Final Fling litter, Decoy, has a few new strange looking pups that joined their family. Who would've thought a donkey and a pup could be buddies? 😆 I don't think I could love this video any more!...ok, maybe if they were snuggling...

Well, it maybe Christmas, but that didn't stop the pups from wanting to work! Today, at almost 4 months old, Dexter was introduced to human remains and had a successful imprint. He did amazing even when I gave him a couple that were a bit too difficult (🤦‍♀️ I forgot he's not Pippi). Who, btw was super jelly the entire time he was running the course. So afterwards, Pip ran through it as well and smashed it out of the park in typical Pippi fashion. 🥳 I can't wait to work with Dexter tomorrow to see how much better he does when I hide them all at appropriate heights.

Dexter is doing excellent with his training! This week I will finally imprint HR on him now that he is alerting without trying to mess with the source. I can't wait to see how he takes to it. Here is how he is doing with basic obedience...
