I love all my Fur-Ever Friends. But there's always those special ones, the ones who steal my heart immediately. Rex was one of them. When his mom contacted me, she let me know he had a lot of trauma surrounding his nails and that he gets spicey about it. It had been a long time since he'd had them done due to how he reacted during the process. Anyone who knows me, knows the dogs who can be reactive in any way are always my favorites. I love working with them and helping them learn to trust me so we can do what is needed. Once I'm able to form that bond and trust, that is the best feeling in the world. Rex was definitely spicey over his nails but boy did he LOVE his bath and drying! We quickly formed a bond and he forever had a special place in my heart ❤️
When mom found out he didn't have much time left, I was worried I wouldn't get to say goodbye. So I went and picked up special treats so I could visit him while I was taking some time off. The excitement he had that day was incredible! Luckily, we were able to see him for one last groom. We spent far more time loving on him and giving him treats than we did grooming that day and I'm so glad that we did 💜

Hey everyone! I just wanted to get on here and clear some things up. I appreciate all the interest in using my services!

Yes, I will be taking on SOME new clients. However, my clients book for an entire year at once and my schedule is still full. So if you have a request for a specific date and time, that will not be a possibility. Whomever I do add, will be squeezed into days when I'm already in that area. As far as times go, I try to be as close to the scheduled time as possible. But how each dog handles the groom that day, determines when I can get to the next one.

I am getting a lot of texts and messages right now. I promise I will get back to everyone as quickly as I can! Please give me 24-48 hours to reply. I do the grooming and handle all the contact with clients so I have small periods of time I can reply.

Hey Fur-Ever Friends! Due to the steadily increasing costs of running a small business, and let's face it, life in general, I've had to re-evaluate my pricing. With the recent gas tax increase and increased cost in product, tools, insurance, etc... it has become more challenging to continue to supply the quality product and services everyone has been receiving. With that being said, there will be price increases across the board for all clients and all services. I do apologize in advance for the changes. But I absolutely love what I do and love all my clients so in order for me to continue to provide the services everyone is in need of and desires, this is a necessity.

Thank you to all my clients for the continued support over these past 2 years! You all mean the world to me! If you have questions regarding the change in price, please feel free to text me or message me on here!

One of our most favorite things my Team and I do is donate and hand deliver extra special treats to APL and SCAC 💜🐾 The treats are always made with all the love from Big Jake's Dog Treats!! They always go above and beyond and never hesitate when I call no matter how big or small the request is! We absolutely love the amazing dog community and family we have!

Hey Fur-Ever Friends! The 4th of July is just around the corner 🎆🇺🇲 so of course, Big Jake's Dog Treats made a special delivery so we could treat our favorite doggos for the holiday!! I can't wait to see everyone the next couple of weeks!

Also, if your pups are afraid of fireworks, loud noises, etc... NOW is the time to call your vet for calming meds!! Don't wait until next week and realize you can't get it. Be prepared and make sure they stay calm and safe.
Ensure they always have tags on and if you don't have them already, look into GPS tags or collars! There are soooo many different ones out now that are affordable and 100% worth the purchase to keep your babies safe and easy to locate if they do get out! No one wants to see the heartbreaking posts about dogs getting out because they were so terrified of the fireworks that will go on for days and days in most areas.
Find a space they feel most comfortable, have all their favorite toys and treats available to them, play calming sounds, music, or the TV to drown out the noise from outside. My personal doggos prefer the bathtub. I have alexa play classical music and turn on the exhaust fan to help drown out the scary stuff.

Everyone stay safe, cool, and hydrated! Remember, this time of year it's too hot most the day for the babies to be on concrete or outside for too long 💜🐾🩵🐾🩷

Hey Fur-Ever Friends! This week the temps are going to be on the rise 🥵 so we have to be sure we keep our Fur-babies safe! Keep them hydrated 💧Lots of indoor activities like snuffle mats, puzzles, frozen treats, etc. Limited outside play on grass so concrete doesn't burn their paws. Also, dogs can get sunburned. Most common areas are around the face but short haired or thinning coats are very prone to burns all over. There is doggy sunblock you can purchase 🌞🐶

This afternoon, my sweet old lady Mamas crossed the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 I'm sure Chunk and Bruce were waiting to run and play with her. Mamas was the sweetest, my loveable girl. She loved every human and animal she met, especially if it was a puppy! She was the last senior of the pack after Chunky and Bruce passed already this year. The rest of the pack and I will be loving on each other this evening, remembering the sweet babies who are now running together, pain free and healthy forever 💜

After a long busy week in the shop getting the new car ready we are loaded up and headed to Kankakee county speedway to have us some fun and hopefully turn our luck around! Big thanks to my dad for stepping out of the driver seat and selling me his car to keep this crazy dream alive!

Mr. Moore - busy making sweet potato crisps this morning for local pups. Super Healthy and Tasty. We’ve learned to only dehydrate them when there’s demand so they don’t loose their pretty color 🍠🐕‍🦺🐾

As hard as it was to leave my own pack today after our loss, I had some of my Fur-Ever Friends waiting for my love and attention as well. They definitely helped put smiles on my face today and knew I also needed some extra love 💜

Last night I had to say goodbye to my boy Bruce. He was my old man... the first of my pack. We spent nearly 10 yrs together 💜 He crossed the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 to join one of his favorites, Annabelle, my chunky monkey, that passed in January.

Please allow me some time to get back to all the messages and calls coming in today. I am spending the day loving the rest of the pack extra hard 💜🩵🩷
