Our donate button is gone, and our page isn’t getting seen.

It’s not gone because SPACAR isn’t legit, we are.
It’s not gone because we aren’t a 501c3, we are.
It’s not gone because SPACAR is closing, we aren’t .
It’s not gone because we made any mistake, we didn’t.

It’s gone because Facebook robots believe we are breeding and selling dogs, removing posts, refusing to put them back, suspending our button, and posting restrictions on our page.

It’s financially devastating, zero doubt.
But our animals aren’t getting seen, our posts are getting record low shares.

It’s defeating, and maybe, it’s the beginning of the end. We shouldn’t have built our rescue on a Facebook foundation, but that mistake is made.

We are striving with TikTok, X, and Insta…

Update: we have a temp foster for 2 weeks but are seeking something more permanent so he's not right back in the same boat in 2 weeks. We will reply to inquiries further tomorrow so we can enjoy the rest of Thanksgiving with our families now that he's safe for now ! Thank you all! Especially Sara ! You're a Rockstar!

‼️SOS - dog has until 11am tomorrow‼️

This handsome 1 year old boy current on vaccines was involved in a freak accident the evening before Thanksgiving resulting in major injuries, possibly the life of another dog in the home with his companion who was a springer spaniel. Unfortunately, the owner has been faced with a tough decision and is not allowed to bring him back into the home. If placement is not found hy tomorrow, he will be euthanized.

The springer spaniel has already found placement. But the bull terrier still needs help. Owner stayed in a hotel with him overnight desperate to find him an alternative situation. Nobody knows what caused the fight, but it was a smaller dog who was ganged up on (a frenchie)

Hes lived with children with no issues in the past and has lived with other dogs until this. We want to help, but it's fall break therefor boarding isn't an option and we don't have space in any of our homes to spare his life even temporarily. So I'm asking you, the community if you can make room in your home for this boy to save his life.

If you can foster- or even adopt outright, please message us as soon as possible.

Any hateful and non helpful comments will be deleted. In most circumstances, I'd understand the hatred but this situation is unique and the owner is devastated already. Let's not make this harder on her please. We are trying to help ! Not hurt.

UPDATE #2 - FUNDRAISING GOAL MET!!! Thank you all for your support.

Rosie had surgery and the pin placement looks great. She was also spayed today. Posie will be spayed later in the week as we let her blood counts get back in order.

UPDATE #1 - Estimated cost for services is $1,500
So far both have Hook and whip worms, Ehrlichia but negative for heart worms. Rosie the Boxer has an open fracture and is anemic and Posie has high white cells.

Rosie's broken leg is from a gun shot wound. The vet believes it can be resolved with a pin.

Both dogs will be staying several nights at the vets office to heal before doing surgery.
