Bully available for rehome. I do not have this dog. Contact Wes at 864-844-1881

Corgan 💙

- Crate trained/ goes straight into crate
- Inside dog
- Walked on leash 4-5 times a day, sits for leash & at door
- He knows "stay" (work in progress!)
- The most snuggly, squishy dog ever ❤️
- VERY loving
- Very good with kids
- Doesn't react to other dogs growling
- Has special blanket (sucks on soft blankets/ stuffies)

*Important things to be aware of:

- Severe anxiety with storms*
- Not good with Cats, Small animals, Livestock (Seems to want to eat 'em 😅)
- Doesn't know his own strength/ steps on you when hyper
- Lots of energy/ needs play & interaction!

The doorway is a source of so many problems. On the milder end you'll have barking, jumping or a mad dash for the exit like someone pulled the fire alarm. On the more severe end you'll have biting and fighting between dogs. Like with many other issues, the problem is impulse control. Dogs live by direct association. If an action gets them what they want they'll repeat it. Luckily the inverse is true as well. Nothing should come automatically if it's of value. You can prevent a ton of issues by not allowing them to think things just happen because they want it.

Weekly sessions with this 5 month old Cane Corso are starting to pay off. While still VERY much in the puppy stage the foundation of obedience is setting in with less resistance to new challenges each time. One big win that took some time was the simple task of jumping in the car on her own. We're expecting 100+ pounds fully grown so the owners were excited to see this milestone crossed off the list.

Mutual respect is what I teach when it comes to animals and children. We've all seen the post about kids climbing all over the dog and have been told not to mess with a dog's food bowl but the emphasis on the dog respecting the child should be just as strong. Creating healthy distance early and allowing monitored control of things like walks, feeding and play are important to create a foundation of authority between dogs and children.

Please teach kids a dog in public is not an open invitation to touch, talk or give eye contact. It's not there for your amusement and above all else YOU DON'T KNOW THEM! Great etiquette would be to talk to the handler and ask BEFORE crouching down, sticking your hand it's face whether or not they're comfortable with that.

Murphy is here while his mom and dad are out of town, decided to recreate a side by side with him and Jäeger who was just a pup when I met Murphy. Gru (middle) has long since crossed the rainbow bridge but I'm sure he'd be as happy to see him as Jäeger.

1 week in with Jocko and he's coming along pretty well. This early in I'm focusing on strengthening attention span, exposure to new environments and beginning to address his distrust and negative reactions towards people. Our good buddy Prince the rottie is here for moral support since he's about the same age with the same amount of energy

Jocko got the Niklaus seal of approval. Jocko is, let's say "interesting" when it comes to people but today we got to see the best parts of him shine through. New Park, New Stump, Same old Nikon

Layla (the poodle) Leo (the golden doodle) and my dog Nikon working on stay. Little mistake here from Leo but just a verbal correction was all that we needed.

Owner requested we not use prong or e collar because she had a bad reaction previously. While she's a very nervy dog, some exercise and stern commands go a long way with her #jccsdogtraining #dogtraining #leashtraining #brittneyspaniel #northpeachpark #dogsofinstsgram
