A clay paw imprint is a terrific way to memorialize your pet. Included is a display box in which a photo or other keepsake can be added.

We proudly offer all 3 types of pet cremation!

1- Communal Cremation: Your beloved pet is respectfully cremated along with other pets. The cremains are then scattered on our acreage, nestled beneath the pine trees.

2- Semi-Private Cremation: Your beloved pet is kept separate the entire process. This economical type of cremation has other pets in the cremation chamber but they are always separated. Each pet always has a metal ID tag with it. The energy savings are the result of more than one pet being cremated simultaneously. (Pets must be under 150 lbs for this option.)

3- Private Cremation: Your beloved pet is cremated alone in the cremation chamber. One animal per cycle. An ID tag accompanies every pet throughout the process.

Open Arms Pet Cremation strictly follows these guidelines. All crematories should be willing and able to explain their practices in detail to you. Ask for a description of their practices not just the name.

Open Arms Pet Cremation realizes how essential an organization such as the Humane Society of the Black Hills is for our communities. We are proud to assist them in providing much needed services to their clients at affordable prices. We donate a portion of our services to everyone who utilizes the owner requested euthanasia/ cremation program. This program allows pet owners to have their pet euthanized at the Humane Society and cremated with Open Arms Pet Cremation at a reduced rate. In 2021 Open Arms donated $2518.00 of our services at HSBH. This service is available to any pet owner needing to have their pet euthanized for medical/age related issues. Cremation is only available through HSBH when your pet is euthanized at their facility.

I see you when you're sleeping. I know when you're awake. I know if you've been bad or good. It's too late. I'm already in the house.
