This sweet little guy came to us as a stray, found wandering the streets of Sonoma. He was very malnourished and dehydrated but we fixed him up, and now Odie is coming out of his shell! At 15, Tara is the most senior of our cats looking for homes. She's also the most chill cat we have! Her mellow nature makes her the perfect companion for peaceful afternoons and warm snuggly nights. Despite being fifteen, Tara is in good health and not on any medications. Her age has gifted her with wisdom, and she knows the value of a quiet moment and a gentle touch. She's patiently waiting for a family who appreciates the charm of a senior cat and the loving companionship she offers!

Flip Flop is a sweet, playful, determined kitty. She's very smart and has found ways to adapt to her surroundings despite her condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. She loves playing with toys and other kittens, climbing cat trees to watch birds, and snuggling all night in bed. She can also be very independent and will wander off to find a cubby or quiet spot to take a nap.

Kitties with cerebellar hypoplasia have issues with coordinated walking, so they often can appear shaky or jittery, but they are not in any pain and the condition is not contagious. She uses a rubber toddler bowl for food so she doesn't hit her teeth when bobbing her head while eating. She uses a water fountain well as long as she has something to lean against.

She's great at finding and using the litter box. She's very good at keeping herself clean but occasionally needs a little cleanup help. She does best on carpeted surfaces but can walk on wood floors. She loves having other playful kitties around and does not like being alone at all. She's a great communicator and will let you know if she needs help. Flip Flop would be a wonderful cat for someone who doesn't mind a tippy kitty - she will fill your life and home with lots of love and laughter at her adorable and spirited antics!

Our neighbors in Southern California need us now more than ever as they face the devastation brought on by the recent Los Angeles wildfires! Many of our fellow shelters are working to relocate adoptable dogs and cats to make room for animals directly affected by the fires and in urgent need of shelter and care.
In partnership with our Board Director, Ken Wayne and his nonprofit Flying Tails, Pets Lifeline is organizing a rescue mission to support L.A. shelters by transporting dogs and cats to Northern California for relocation. We’re awaiting favorable weather conditions to ensure a safe flight for Ken and his team of courageous pilots. We hope to launch this mission soon and will keep you updated as plans progress. 🛩

To further support this effort, Pets Lifeline has established an emergency fund for the Los Angeles Wildfire victims, where 100% of donations go directly toward providing assistance to animals impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires, ensuring they receive the lifesaving care and assistance they urgently need.
