Ebbie is a fluffy diamond in the rough, a one of a kind kitty that is waiting for a perfect home where she can blossom into her happy, snuggly self. When Ebbie first came to the shelter she was petrified - it took three weeks for her to finally come out for some snuggles. This is common for extra shy kitties - the secret is to read softly to them, and give them a “slow blink”, to show them you’re safe. She’s one of those kitties that needs time, and if you give it to her, she’ll reward you with lots and lots of cuddles. In fact, snuggling is Ebbie’s favorite thing, along with being brushed - the key to her heart. She’s not a fan of playing with toys, and she’s a little particular when it comes to treats. She’d rather just cuddle the day away! If you’re looking for a loving kitty and don’t mind giving her plenty of time to earn her trust, Ebbie could be the girl for you. She has lived with a small dog before and seems interested in other kitties, so she may bond to another animal, too!
