Standards ensure safety, quality, and reliability. They protect the environments and health of animals.

There’s nothing worse than going on vacation only to come home to a sick and stressed out pup. We get that, we really do! That’s why we aim for the highest level of excellence.

If something critical happens during your pups stay (which almost never happens) you will know as soon as we notice it! We will not hide or lie about things to make us look better or protect our pockets. We won’t wait for pickup to notify you about any health or safety issue we see. Our goal is not to ruin your vacation, rather it is to cultivate trust. And to ensure your dogs are ok.

We treat your dogs like they’re OUR dogs. We don’t want them stressed or sick. Our core values are: excellence, integrity, honesty and loyalty.

We follow instructions carefully with food and/or medications. We don’t do what “we feel is best” over what parents request. If there are any concerns, you will be notified; they will ALWAYS be discussed with you first.

We are about comfort and clean. Our weekly deep cleans include treating astroturf, fogging crates, washing fabrics, steam cleaning rugs and more. We never share food bowls and always sanitize clean them after meals. Dogs are given comfy beds, and we don’t crate them all day long; just for eating and sleeping (at night or during our one nap per day).

We are not perfect, and love that our clients give us continual grace to grow more excellent by sharing how we can improve. We welcome all and any feedback. And we love your dogs… we really, really love them.

Hey pack 👋🏽 please give a warm welcome to Finley! He’s a 5yr old Coton de Tulear who is starting bootcamp to work on some compulsive and fearful behavior that has been stressing his humans out for a long time now.

Did you know? Dogs are never too old to learn. That expression “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” is totally incorrect. Dogs live in the moment and can learn at ANY age.

We look forward expectantly to his rehabilitation. And we are excited to see him human pack grown and learn with him.

Today is the day!!! Bubba graduates with honors from a very intensive bootcamp with us. He’s become such a wonderful and obedient pup. When he came to us he didn’t trust anyone. He was fearful of other dogs, humans, loud noises, and pushy in all areas. And now? He’s a gentle, sweet, obedient pup… who is amazing on leash too!

Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances… Bubba is still looking for his forever home. The person to land this handsome gentleman will be one lucky son-of-a-gun!!! He’s the most loving and sweet puppy ever. A real 🛋️ couch 🥔 potato.

He would do best in a calm home, with calm-confident leadership that is assertive. He now does great with other dogs, so in the right pup pack he will flourish.

Anyone who adopts Bubba will get free training from us to help acclimate him. And lifelong support afterwards too. Please PLEASE please help spread the word. We need to find this cuddle bug the purrfect forever place.

GROUP CLASSES ARE BACK!!!

We are very excited to announce that our Basics of Dog Psychology class signup is back! Our last class fully sold out in only three weeks; this time around we expect slots to go quickly. Each class will have 10 human and dog spots available.

This 5-week course has a soft start date of January 25, 2025 from 9am-12pm, with classes held at the same time weekly for five consecutive Saturday’s. Depending on demand, we may also hold a class on Tuesday’s.

Hunkering down for and praying for all our fellow Floridians in its path. We will be closed tomorrow and Thursday, our plan is to reopen Friday for pack days; pending we have no major storm damage.

PET STORM TIPS:
- stock up on supplies like food, medication, CBD etc.
- fill up sinks and tubs as a backup water supply
- fully charge ecollars, fi collars, or anything you need for your dog with a battery/charger
- make sure all your pets have physical collars on with your contact information (even if they don’t normally wear them, there IS a chance of evacuation or rescues needed)
- get exercise, dinner and potty in early beforehand
- fill doggy pools with turf to use for potty if you can’t go outside, or puppy pads in an area easy to clean
- remain CALM: your dogs feed off your energy

Hope all our pals weathered ok. Thankfully we had no real damage. We lost power late last night, but thanks to the amazing team it was back on in less than 2hrs.

Praying 🙏🏽 for the millions who lost power and homes that were destroyed in our state of FL. Especially those in the Keys and Big Bend area, and all the areas north of here that has been/will be affected 💕😔💕

Pardon your feed interruption… we need to take a moment to update you all on Bubba:

This 3yr old mix rescue pup came to us a few weeks ago for intense rehabilitation, due to a bite incident where he was staying with another dog. We knew the road would be slow and steady to build the trust that he may never have had.

Words cannot express how incredibly proud of him we are. It’s been a slow process to gain his trust, with both humans and dogs; and he has made tremendous strides on both fronts.

We have more work to do before he graduates in two weeks. And… drumroll…. 🥁 …

We may have already found him the PERFECT home. Send all your energetic love to this big cuddle bug 🐞 he deserves it.
