Thanks to Paco’s dad for making it so easy for us. This is what is needed when we arrive. There’s enough room for the van in the street so cars can pass…there’s enough room so that I can go around the front of the van to the side…and there’s a clear path from van door to house door. If it’s not clear like this, we can’t safely take your dog to groom. We have had luck finding a spot a block or two away from houses, (where the street was wider or there was a park, or big parking lot) obviously you’d have to walk your pup to us. Just another reminder that if we have an appointment coming up, there must be a clear path from the house, down the sidewalk, to the van for us to safely take your pups. Some people haven’t done their sidewalks let alone a place over the sidewalk to the van on the street. If sidewalks aren’t done but we can fit on your driveway and it’s level and doesn’t cause a problem with the dogs being on the table, then make sure the driveway is emptied before we arrive. Thank you and we all hope everyone stays safe and warm this winter.

Hey all from Long Island..I’m so sorry for some reason this post wasn’t going up before, but unfortunately at this time our clientele list is full. We can not accept new pups right now bc we just simply do not have the space on our schedules. We will let you know when we reopen our registration, but for the time being it probably won’t be till after the holidays/new year. We are sorry we can’t accommodate all, but we have stated since the beginning we are a live animal business. This is not a car wash where it’s a numbers game and your dog is treated as such. Our dogs are handled with care and patience and for that we need the time to make sure we can give every dog that same service. At this time we are completely booked up until the new year and won’t be taking on new customers until after. So sorry to we don’t have any more time but after the new year we will be making calls to see who still needs our services and will get back to you shortly. Customers who have used us before, if for some reason you aren’t on a repeating schedule or didn’t make an appointment at the time of your last service, you really need to start booking then when we are seeing you. We wish we had the time but we are usually booked 4-6 weeks ahead of schedule at any given moment. You should also have the number of your groomer and use that number when calling to make appointments so that groomer has the message and can get back to you sooner. All the groomers numbers are listed on the fb page as well as the website. If you’re a new customer, you can also use any of these numbers should you not be getting a call back quickly as some are extremely busy with the holidays and all. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of meeting this tiny bundle of joy, Ozzy! She is the cutest little pup you could ever meet. Did an amazing job for her first ever groom seeing as she is just four months old. Cant wait to see you again babygirl!
