Good evening folks! Just had a last minute cancellation for tomorrow that we can fill with a SHORT HAIR DOG IN THE WANTAGH/SEAFORD/MASSAPEQUA AREA around 12:30pm. This means breeds like pit bulls, bulldogs, boxers, Labradors, beagles and so on. If you’re a customer of ours and would like this appointment, please reply here and I will message you shortly. Customers who have used us before, if for some reason you aren’t on a repeating schedule or didn’t make an appointment at the time of your last service, you really need to start booking then when we are seeing you. We wish we had the time but we are usually booked 4-6 weeks ahead of schedule at any given moment. You should also have the number of your groomer and use that number when calling to make appointments so that groomer has the message and can get back to you sooner. All the groomers numbers are listed on the fb page as well as the website. If you’re a new customer, you can also use any of these numbers should you not be getting a call back quickly as some are extremely busy with the holidays and all. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of meeting this tiny bundle of joy, Ozzy! She is the cutest little pup you could ever meet. Did an amazing job for her first ever groom seeing as she is just four months old. Cant wait to see you again babygirl!

This is my boy Scotty all the way from New Hyde Park from where I got my grooming career started. He was my first solo dog and has been with me ever since. Love this pup so much and thanks for always trusting me to take care of you buddy!

Before and after shots of the gorgeous Roxy. As you can see it’s shedding season and that winter coat needs to be taken care of. We deep clean first, then use a shedding treatment shampoo, followed by a heavy coat conditioner. Brushing throughout the process from before, during and after the bath ensures leaving only healthy beautiful hair on their bodies and they are left with nothing but smiles.

Before and after shots of Cruz. It was his first trip with us on the van and he did amazing. We had to take a little more off the back end than normal because of matting, but he will look truly glorious the next time we see him and not have those mats and tangles to deal with.

Good morning everyone! Just posting here the growth of our fleet development as we just acquired our second mobile salon called the “Benatar”. Registration is now open for all new clients to book! If you contacted us to be on the cancellation list, please just add in the notes in the registration form that you did so we can check you off our list. Along with the new van we have a new addition to the grooming squad. The amazing mentor that Julie and Javier had the privilege of learning their grooming skills from Ms Erika Maldonado. If you have loved the way those two have handled your pups, it was only by the great teaching they have learned from Erika. We can’t tell you how excited we are to be able to extend our service and provide the best care and patience that all these tremendous dogs deserve. Register and call quickly because like before we will reach a threshold of clients that no more could be taken on till the next expansion, but can’t wait to meet you all!

Good afternoon from Captain Rosie of the Groomers of the Galaxy with an update on all things mobile grooming!

~WINTER SNOW IS COMING!~
•Please make sure that you take care of shoveling walkways, driveways and streets to allow us to do our jobs safely.
•We need to be able to safely park our van in the street or if necessary your driveway but please note that your driveway needs to be leveled. If it is not, it’s not a place to park for us. Both sides of the van need to have room to enter and exit. This means that if we are parked up against the curb, there is a walkway cleared so that we can bring your dog onto the van.
•Please do not wait last second to shovel as time is of the essence in mobile grooming. Being a customer of ours already, you should know of us running ahead of schedule most times. With snow that amount of time will be lessened, but not fully gone.
•Should we arrive to a home and we can’t park, walk or feel safe to do our job we will not chance it. Since day one our main concern is always SAFETY whether it’s for your dog, yourself or our groomers. Our greatest tool in this job are our bodies, and we can’t have people getting injured slipping or falling in snow that should have been cleared before hand.

•Also note that everyone is placed on a 6-8 week rescheduling plan. This is the only way to properly fit all new and retaining customers and the locations we will be in.

•We ask you again with the rising cases to please wear a mask when handing your dogs to us. We will be showing up wearing ours so we just ask for the same courtesy back as we all just want everyone healthy.
