Today I had the pleasure of working with Bruno. Bruno is a American Akita who was rescued. He was a stray running the roads. No one knows his background where he came from or what he’s has been through, he was basically starving to death when he was found. He was rescued but has some major aggression issues. Still trying to learn his place in his new home . We went through a lot of challenges today, but I feel like we made some good progress. I’m actually proud of myself as I was able to stand my ground when I had 85+ pound Akita coming after me and we able to get him to submit . He seemed to avoid me a lot after that as he knew he wasn’t going to get away with a lot of things with me. It felt good to be able to take the lessons and the things that I learned in my studies and apply them to real life situations That’s one thing I love about dog training is taking the situation and trying to find a way to help that dog and the owner to be able to live unity . This one’s gonna take a lot of time, but I do see a lot of good things and good progress today . Dawn Clark I hope I I was knowledgeable and you were able to understand everything that I was trying to accomplished today. I really do feel like we made some great progress .

You’re never too old to go back to school or learn a new trade I am so excited to start on this journey.  When I’m done, I’ll be certified professional dog trainer.  I took the practice test online for certification just to see what I know off the top of my head and got 79% this is before even taking any of the classes.   I am learning all about the dog psychology right now and it is so interesting . FYI: I need dogs this SUMMER for practice. If you have a dog and you would like some training done please get a hold of me (I will need 300 hours of one and one dog training before I complete this program ) 
This will help me put my lessons into practice, and I have a certified dog trainer who guides me along my way. I know my dad is in heaven, smiling at me as he was a dog trainer. 🥰

She is home safely from surgery. She has a pink protective coat on. This keeps the incisions safely away from her and the other dogs and helps keep them clean. She has three sets of incisions and thank goodness they gave her pain medication and an antibiotic. I'm trying to get her comfortable right now. She doesn't seem to want to lay down anywhere, which is understandable. I'll be paying for the surgery for a while, but I'm so grateful that I had it done.

At the vet office Willow got her X-rays and blood work done. Her surgery is scheduled for December 7th, and she will be heading to the veterinarian's office after work on December 6th. The doctors said her x-ray looks really good; hopefully her blood work comes back good too.
Thanks for the prayers 🙏 She is such a sweet baby

Prayers for my sweet Willow….She has a some what of a large tumor on her side that needs surgery. They are not ruling cancer out. Doctor said she is in excellent health other than this stupid tumor!!!
She is in good spirits, she is playing, eating and just her normal self. I am working out a plan for her to get this surgery !! Thank you for your prayers .

UDATE : Jack is doing great!! What ever it was it’s out of his system!! Thank you for the prayers
Prayers for Jack as he has been sick all day today with vomiting and diarrhea . Thank God the diarrhea has been outside and he has been laying on his towels all day, and when he gets sick, he gets sick on his towels such a good boy. He has been getting a little bit of water slowly over time and he’s now starting to hold things down which is a good sign. I believe he just ate something yesterday that did not agree with him.I hope he is himself tomorrow ♥️🙏

My big baby Akita Jack will not let me sleep in past 8 o’clock this dog will bark at me nudge at me jump on the bed lay on me thinking maybe he needs to go outside nope he just wants me out of bed…Ugh!!

Got my dogs a lick mat’s
They love it helps on stormy days

Things you can use in your Lick Mats:
Wet dog food.
Natural peanut butter (xylitol free)
Pure pumpkin puree.
Veggie purees (such as green bean or carrot)
Plain greek yogurt.
Gelatinous bone broth (like this recipe)
Cottage cheese.
Mashed banana.
