Back home finally!!!! bacterial infection in my hand tissues maybe in the tendon but my hand is better so they sent me home. I got a doctor appointment tomorrow st 11:30 so let's see what happens then for some reason tonight red decided to be a lap puppy.

So did you know a non-venomous snake bite in the tendon can cause a bacterial infection and land you in the hospital. I've been an emergency room or the hospital since Friday went home on Saturday back in on Sunday and I'm still at the hospital. My hand is swollen badly I can't use it it's one of the most painful things I've ever experienced. Bit by a small 6 ft boa who bit me on let go. I may have to get an operation all because of bacteria. It's funny what can actually hurt you. Told them I wasn't wearing the gowns.

Feeding snakes last night one of the smaller ones to six footer missed its food got me in the hand. No big deal well about an hour later it starts swelling like crazy and it's now extremely painful apparently the little guy got a critical and pierced the sleeve in the tendon that goes to the back of my hand. Of of all the darn things you know are snakes they might have never hurt me if I ever get hurt it's the little guys. Call my doctor left a message for him the pain is one of the worst pains I felt in a long long time. Down some Advil cuz it's an anti-inflammatory and hoping it gets a little better tonight.

So Im not really planning on breeding ball pythons but I have a fun project idea. I have my Voltas that have bred. So for this season I am thinking of ketting my male Volta breed with my female Mohave/butter Bel that will get me Volta Mohave and Volta butter. 2 seasons from now my Male Bel (Mohave /butter) will be mature. I can breed him with my Bel to make more Bels or Breed with my female Volta to make Volta Butter and Volta Mohave. Now 3 years after that ( 5 years total) Since the snakes will be from two different genetic sources I can breed a volta Butter or volta Mohave from the first group to a Volta Butter or Volta Mohave from the second group and make Volta Blue Eyed Lucys .....If I understand it correctly. A 7000+ gram Blue eyed Lucy would be awesome.

Ok I have been bit by many thing 2 9ft Retics, 10ft Boa/Annaconda cross, Savannah monitor, Iguana, Tegu, Emerald Tree boa,Green tree python, tarantulas, spiders, numerous other things...This is my Timors Blue Monitor... Its a dwarf species and its a little evil ....while not the worst bite it was absolutely the most painful bite Ive had. I know they have some non leathal venom I caused lots of pain and swelling.....Ill take the Anaconda crossbreed again anytime over this little jerk .....but I love him.

Well dontcha just love it when you get everything lined up how you want it then life goes "surprise" trailer, table construction started, retic breeders obtained, then your reverse goes out in the transmission....and it needs a new transmission. Then its a 4500.00 repair on a car. Im not sure the car is worth putting that much more in because it has rust issues..... Sigh ....well 3 weeks to my next show we figure something out..

Ok Im gonna be concentrating on breeding my Ts, Retics,boas , geckos and Spiloties so most of my non breeder animals will be available this week Blue tongues, Plated, Various reptiles, lots of Ts, scorps ,pedes. I have too many to run TikiTarantula and breed so making some room Ill post a list this week. Even letting my non-living giant Furby go 😂😂😂.... Things that dont sell will just go into store stock for the next show.

Well Whoops!!! I ran to the Sevierville show today and realized I left all my baby tarantulas back in Chattanooga got everything else lots of Reptiles, adult Tarantulas, centipedes, snakes ,scorpions, jewelry, Oddities, we have lots to sell ...cant believe I forgot the babies Ts!!! Taking off this weekend and next weekend. We will be at the CF Murfreesboro show !!! I need to clean and get ready to start up seriously doing Youtube and Tictoc. Wifey needs a break. 😁 This spring we are thinking of testing the waters with doing Birthday Parties ( featuring small inverts to various large reptiles Retics, Boas, Monitors) but right now just need to start getting our Retic and Boa breeding area setup.
