Baby girl was allowed to be freed from quarantine today. First order of business? PICK ME UP! PICK ME UP!! 🧡 such a sweet girl, Princess Aurora... I'm gonna miss you!!

She and her brother (who was in the hospital for nearly a week) are the only surviving puppies out of six, and their vet bills are astronomical for the young couple who rescued a stray dog they didn't even know was pregnant. If you can help, please donate at the link in my bio!

This will be one of the few times (probably) a post doesn't include a picture of a dog.

For the past 2 months, we've had a pup here while his family was visiting Turkey. They came back to pick him up today, and brought me an amazing gift- a Turkish towel! They had no idea that I've wanted one for so long, and they really don't even know me that well... but something in them stirred them to choose this specific gift for me.

How very blessed I am to have such wonderful clients, y'all 🧡

Long term guests at CdZ get a fancy treat- spa day!! Chandler here has been with us for nearly TWO MONTHS now and his folks are flying back into the country this weekend, so he wanted to look his best! He got a bath, a facial, and his ears cleaned! He needs his nails trimmed, too, but we're both too scared to do that, so... sorry mom & dad 💅

We've had NINE different pups at Casa de Zaguates this week... plus did a home visit for a horse-sized dog and an insane number of cats. Never a dull moment!! 😍🐶🤗

Meet our guest, Aurora! Aurora is the only puppy of the Malinois litter who hasn't gotten sick, and her only sibling still with us is getting overnight treatment at Nashville Vet Specialist in Clarksville. So little Aurora- ears, legs and snuggles- is quarantining at Casa de Zaguates while her parents disinfect the house (and get a couple nights of much needed rest). She is adorable and probably won't get too much quarantine alone time with this dog momma around 😉

Listen. Casa de Zaguates is for dog people. We're not a cat house. But when Little Bear Farm needs a house call, we are SO THERE! Mostly for the giant lovebug in the final pictures, Ember, but I don't hate getting snuggles from Snugs, either... plus I got to pet a baby kitten!!

(Fun fact: I was a CAT person growing up until I got my golden retriever... never looked back!)

This beautiful baby is the newest guest of Casa de Zaguates. Brandy was born in February (like me!) and still has puppy breath! She's a BIG baby though- based on me completely guessing, she's about 35lbs. Super friendly and adorable, she can't understand why the other dogs don't want to play with her! But no worries, I'm here to give her lots of snugs so she isn't lonely 🥰
