High Point on the Bluff offers a serene atmosphere perfect for focused but relaxed private or group lessons, training and clinics for all levels.

THE FACILITIES
High Point on the Bluff is a full-service horse facility including a seven stall barn with grooming areas, wash rack, tack room, feed room, hay loft, lounge and covered porch. A full sized, 208’x72’ indoor dressage riding arena is equipped with windows for breezes and panoramic views, soft, Tru-Tex footing and a large seating area for clinics and groups. Paddocks with tall fencing a

re available for turn out, there is ample room for trailer parking and High Point has 18 acres of fields and vineyards for afternoon trail rides. The only distraction at High Point is the expansive view. STAY AWHILE
High Point on the Bluff offers a camp site with water and electric hook up for guests who travel with their home in tow. The camp site has stunning views of the High Point vineyard, fields and distant hills. Enjoy the comfort of being close to your horse without sacrificing a peaceful, vacation setting. For luxury accommodations High Point on the Bluff is within ten miles of several resort hotels, and many Keuka Lake house rental options. Scott Peterson, an “S” Dressage Judge and horse professional for over 40 years and his wife, Katie, who has been riding all her life and has worked with and trained under Scott for over 30 years, welcome you to High Point On the Bluff. HORSE STABLE AMENITIES
High Point offers a 12’ wide aisle way, a wash rack with hot and cold water, a tack room with laundry facilities, a feed room, spacious 12’x13’ stalls with mats, extra wide door openings with sliding doors to accommodate the largest horse, solid floor to ceiling partitions between stalls, aisle way bars and barred windows for a feeling of space and visibility while maintaining complete security for every horse guest. High Point has video security and an on-site caretaker for the utmost in horse safety and protection. RIDING GUEST AMENITIES
Riding guests of High Point on the Bluff will enjoy a variety of amenities. The tack room is heated and cooled and includes saddle racks and bridle hooks, a tack sink and laundry facilities. The aisle way is equipped with several grooming areas with cross ties, the wash rack, the feed room with ample feed and supplement storage and a cabinet for grooming box and equipment storage. The lounge includes a comfortable seating area with a window for arena viewing, a fully equipped kitchen with an island for easy food preparation and casual dining, and a three-piece restroom. A covered porch with relaxed seating and grill area extends off the kitchen for guests to enjoy an afternoon snack or meal while taking in the Bluff’s breezes and magnificent views of distant hills, fields, vineyards and farmland. RIDING PACKAGES
Private or group dressage lesson packages and clinics are available for all riders from beginning to advanced levels.
“Ride a Test” opportunities are for riders who want to improve their test scores. Riders can perform tests of choice, be judged and then receive tips and feedback on how to improve. Spend the week working on a different test each day or concentrate on improving a single upper level test. Scott is qualified to judge any level through Grand Prix. High Point on the Bluff also offers Independent Riding packages for the experienced rider.
