Its an app - I have used for years to help my favorite charities. It's simple download the app and start walking. When you walk your dog, it benefits everyone. Just FYI, you don't need to be a huge walker. Short walks count too!

Place pet in a room where they can not hear the noise.
Run a fan or play music.
