The low flying turkey vulture cast a huge shadow across the ground, capturing my attention. I looked up as he was flying over my head and heard, "Hello. Flow with the winds, like this," as he began flying irratically. I knew what he meant, as I've been stuck in my head lately with so much happening around me. The message from the turkey vulture helped me to go within and center myself and become present again. Just what I needed! Thank you, turkey vulture.

A woman who had both of her dogs pass in the same year called, eager to connect with them. Both amazing souls were waiting for her on the other side, offering her comfort and continued love. She wept as she listened to their messages, which included that she was not to blame for their passing. All souls were glad to have reunited and shared their love once more. So happy for them all!

I, like many others, am feeling a need for change without knowing what that may look like, but a strong feeling none the less. As I sat there thinking about the options available to me, a very large, bright red cardinal came to rest on my front porch railing, looking through the glass at me. He was so close that I marveled at his beauty, then I heard, "Raise up. You are light." I felt a sense of calmness come over me and replied, "Of course. Thank you, sir." He sat with me for a while longer in our collective energy, and then he needed to go. He was really something!

A lady called concerned about her elderly cat who was listless and not eating much, so we had a session to learn what was going on. Looking into her belly it was clear that she was having digestive issues, so her Mom and I discussed ways to keep her nourished. I showed options to the cat, whose eyes widened in anticipation. "Yum, I want that and that one!" he said. Mom replied, "Perfect! I'll get them today."
