Meet Catalina ! A 9yr old Welsh/Quarter horse cross mare , 14’3 hands tall . This is a truly lovely mare …that hard to find all around safe horse . I honestly feel a variety of riders can enjoy her . I’ve put first time riders on her in the arena and on the trails. She is honest and cares for her rider . Smooth comfortable gaits with a powerful canter ! She has been ridden in a bosal or a basic Myler level one bit . I could see her excelling in a number of disciplines but could also make just a wonderful trail horse . She rides well in a group (not competitive or hot ) and I can also ride her off the property entirely alone without issues. I see potential as a jumper or a fun foxhunting horse …she doesn’t refuse jumps and never races. As far as ground manners …she does all the expected skills of a good horse …good for the farrier , loads well , ties no pull back , easy to catch , bathes well, and easy on fencing ! She is sound and does not require any maintenance .

****Shadow has found a wonderful new home ..SOLD *****This guy needs his person ! He goes western and English just the same . Not a complicated ride! I’m open to negotiating a price to a great loving home .

We are going mobile this October ! I’ll be taking three horses to Paria River Ranch in Kanab UT, October 1st-25th. I will be booking guided rides on two horses (Glacier my Mustang and Sif the Icelandic mare) . Of course you’ll be guided by yours truly …the amazing Silver. I will also offer up guided rides for those on their own horses as a first come first serve basis (no pre booking) . However …if you are already a past client and want to come visit with your horse please reach out to me ASAP…I will be more than happy to assist and accommodate you on our rides .
For completely new riders or those not ready to hit the trail at more than a walk . I will also offer intro to horse sessions ( grooming /tacking up and a brief riding lunge lesson) for $65 . No prior experience is needed for this and kids are welcome!

Trail rides on my horses are $175 for 1.5 hours . Longer rides can be discussed for an additional fee . You must be willing to walk /trot . Canter/gallop is optional but highly encouraged 🤣 I require riders to sign liability forms. Please wear closed toed boots preferably but I can provide helmets as needed! We have a 220 pound weight limit . No adventure trail riders under the age of 18.
Guided rides on your horses will not be pre booked as I am giving priority to those riding my own . However I will be more than happy to help when available! The fee will be dependent on group size and charged hourly .
Paria River Ranch is located in some of the most beautiful riding country I have seen! Please reach out to Stephanie for accommodations/lodging . They also have secure corrals for horses . The ranch books up fast so don’t hesitate if you want to join us . I will start booking by October 4th -the 25th . h

Adventure Rides and Refresher Courses are still available this summer . We still have a few months of decent weather 😉
Refresher courses here are $65 a session , must be over 18yrs of age …..
Weight cannot exceed 220 . You must sign a liability release prior to riding.
Adventure rides are dependent on location , starting at $175 for up to 30 minutes drive 1-2hour long rides…must be willing to walk trot and possibly canter.
