Hen Hoof and Hare Homestead My family and I moved to Lubbock from California back in 2015 with a dream of owning land and living a more sustainable lifestyle.

We raise/breed many varieties of animal's and also grow many different types of produce including grapes and sunflowers.

I’m not hiding from people, I’m recovering from them.
It takes a lot out of me to constantly engage, smile, listen, and hold space for everyone. I love people, just in small doses and with long breaks in between.
Quiet time isn’t loneliness, it’s repair. It’s where I come back to myself after being stretched thin by noise, expectations, and energy that isn’t mine.

Give me space, soft air, plants, and stillness. That’s where I recharge 🌿
