It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, just wanted to say I appreciate anyone I’ve done a mount for and the ones that I currently have. I’ve been slower with the ones this year than I ever have, and I truly apologize. I usually strive for returning them pretty quickly, I’ve just been busy with life lately on top of still trying to get a deer of my own when I can. I appreciate everyone and for the patience. The process is started on all of them I have, I’m just having to do it in spurts when I have a few hours free to mess with them. Thanks for the continued support!

I’ve also started researching and looking into starting a beetle colony if I can continue to have a few heads to do each year. This will make for a faster cleanup time and less hands on time I would have to focus, so it would allow me to do multiple mounts at a time without having to devote several hours sitting there workin on them. It would be better for everyone if I can do that because even when I’m busy with work/family like I have been this year the skulls will be being cleaned without me actually having to do it by hand

Managed to get get these three touched up and sealed off yesterday, and returned back to the customer tonight. Had a minor issue on one, but so very thankful for an understanding client. Overall I think they came out lookin good. Thank you once again to Kyle Camp. Thanks for your business, your trust, and your understanding. Congrats on these great trophies! I hope the three of you are pleased with the finished product, and I hope to be able to do business with you again in the future!

Forgot to take pictures of progress tonight, but I got the whitening done up on these 3 this afternoon. All I like is some touching up and sealing off and this will be ready to head back to their homes Kyle Camp

Here’s some recent mounts I’ve done, mine and my wife’s and a couple customers. I don’t claim to be a professional but I think they turned out pretty good. Cleaned, whitened, and sealed off with a protectant all for just $50 per head.

During the recent season, I decided to give the European mount style a try on my wife’s and my deer we harvested. Turns out, I was pretty decent at it, and enjoy doing it too. So I’ve decided to take on a few as a side hobby that I can make a few dollars doing somethin I enjoy. I’m not tryin to get rich from it by no means. I’m not a professional and don’t claim to be, but for anyone looking to have a European mount done without sinking a lot of money into it, I believe This would be a good option. I made this page just to keep all the related things in one place, and I’ll post pictures of every mount I do. I look forward to helping others preserve an show off that trophy!
