I received such sad news about this spicy guy😩😭 I will miss you giving me all the sass demanding to be fed immediately before everyone else. And I’ll miss the special scratches I was able to give to you even though you normally didn’t like to be bothered. Rest easy Freckles. This is the worst part about what I love to do. It’s impossible to not get attached to all the clients I get to have in my life😭💔They all become my babies in a way.

We are officially back taking new and existing clients! Some may or may not have known but I was taking a little time away from my furry clients to welcome the newest worker to the crew. He’s excited to meet all our friends and learn how to love and care for all animals like his siblings are now😊 please reach out to me for all animal needs this year! I mainly focus on daily visits but will do over nights when needed. I can help with indoor/ outdoor and livestock animals!

PATIENTS OF THE DAY🐾

But, wait a minute…those aren’t wild animals…
Nor are they exotic rescues…

Nope. These stowaways are pitbulls from Lapeer County Animal Control (LCAC).

Why are they here? In case you missed it, our local animal shelter is beyond capacity. They are a no-kill shelter with limited space, staff & budget. We believe in community & working together. Many things can be a waste of your effort, but a helping hand is not. And right now, LCAC needs many helping hands.

LCAC has helped us on many occasions and we have a phenomenal working partnership. Normally, fostering dogs & cats is out of the question for us due to space and strict regulations keeping wildlife & domestics separate. But right now, during “slow season”, we have a spare room that made a wonderful maternity ward and we felt beyond compelled to help.

Sweet momma, “Diamond” 💎 and her six puppies were abandoned at a home and obtained by LCAC. The shelter being full, busy, and full of potential hazards for the developing immune systems of young pups is not ideal. So Diamond and her litter scored room & board at the quiet & cozy “critter inn” 🤣

The pups, now about 4 weeks old, have potential homes lined up once they are ready. But Momma Diamond…she deserves a comfy couch to call home for the holidays. Can you help us find her a home?

-She’s only 2-3 years old and a petite 40lbs
-She’s potty trained & crate trained
-She loves kids
-She seems to like other dogs
-She’s missing some fur due to a healing flea bite allergy.
-NO small pets due to high prey drive

Diamond has been a wonderful mother to her babies and does NOT deserve to be overlooked. Skip the puppy stage, invest your love in an adult pittie. 🐾

If you’re interested in meeting Diamond, you’ll have to fill out an application with LCAC. They are in charge of her meet & greets and adoption finalization process.

There’s also LOADS of other adoptable dogs sitting and waiting for their homes, too. LCAC needs our help!

There is something about these gentle giants that seriously completes me🥹. My goal for myself and my children is to one day have a yard filled with nothing but love( and some hard work😅) by animals; and cows are my number one! By far one of my favorite animals 🥰

Hi everyone🙂

It’s been a great year so far for Brinkman Pet Sitting with lots of love, snuggles and fur!😆 I am working on trying to do better about posting things more often and also taking more pictures so I’m starting with some of these cuties! This year has been great with my regular clients and thanks to the great referrals from you guys, I have been able to meet some awesome new clients! I’m grateful for all of your support and your trust in letting me take care of your animals.
