Got the Cocker crew out this afternoon for some work. If you have not been to the field with an English Cocker you are missing out. It would be hard to find a breed that lives, works and plays with as much joy as these rascals do!
2 or possibly 3 of these will be up for discussion when they complete their training in a couple of months.

It’s been really busy around here! Lots of training and lots of hunting. These are just a few of the dogs that have come through recently. Thank you to everyone that has trusted me with their pups. I love all the different personalities!

Just got back from a great trip! Arizona was a little tough for us but I was able to get my first Mearns. We spent a day on both ends of the trip in Texas and had some great hunts there. We found 10-11 coveys a day and thanks to the rain had some great dog work. We ended our last day with a fast and furious dove shoot.

I am truly blessed to get to do what I do for a living! I get to spend almost all of my time outdoors in God’s creation and get to enjoy some really beautiful sunrises! Thanks to everyone that came out to the dove fields to get the season started off. It’s always good to see everybody and meet some new ones. I really enjoy seeing parents bringing their kids with them and getting them involved in the outdoors!

Really nice breeding with a great pedigree! Parents are both hunters. First shots and wormed. Have been introduced to birds, gun and chain gang.

I don’t do a lot of breeding but I am really excited about this one. These Jeb and Amber pups are beautiful and ought to be rockets. I can’t wait to see them in the field. Tiana won’t let me keep them all so if you or someone you know are looking for a hunting partner send me a message. Both parents are hunters and come from quality lines. 3 males and 3 females. Whelped 6/27. Tails docked and dew claws removed yesterday.

It has been really busy the last few months! I didn’t have good pictures of all the dogs but here are a bunch of them. Thank you to everyone who has let me work on their dogs. I am truly blessed to get to do what I do and I really love all these dogs!

It’s always fun hunting young dogs and watching them put all the pieces together! We’ve had some great hunts the last few weeks and the dogs all made me proud. I’m blessed to get to work with some really nice pups that are coming along very well and to get to hunt with some older dogs that I’ve worked with in the past!

Several people have asked what breed Millie is, she is a Field Cocker from my buddy Bob Rein in Larned, Kansas. Millie will be a flushing dog but she has a pretty nice point!

Having a great trip to the Texas panhandle with my dad and my cousins. Quail numbers aren’t great but we are finding some nice coveys. Crane hunting has been real good.
