Are you passionate about helping dogs become their best selves? Camp Lucky Board and Train is looking for a dedicated, experienced Dog Trainer to join our growing team!
As a trainer at Camp Lucky, you'll be working closely with both dogs and their owners to improve behavior, strengthen bonds, and create lasting change. If you're enthusiastic, patient, and love working with dogs of all personalities and backgrounds — we want to hear from you!
🐶 Responsibilities Include:
• Consulting with clients about behavioral concerns and training goals
• Identifying and addressing additional behavioral issues
• Developing customized training plans and documenting progress
• Teaching obedience commands using dog-specific techniques
• Implementing programs to correct aggression, separation anxiety, hyperactivity, biting, and more
✅ Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and dog body language
• Proven experience as a dog trainer
• Strong dog handling and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• A genuine love for dogs, with plenty of patience and enthusiasm
