I will be available all weekend for drop offs and for any questions or help caping your deer if you need it. Good luck to everyone going out! I get to take my son out for the first time sitting tomorrow night!! I don’t know were the time goes but boy can I not wait to see his face when he starts hearing all the stories get told! In dad’s stories the swamp was always deeper and grandpa’s the buck was always bigger… he’s gonna love it!! Good luck stay safe!!

Good luck hunters, the next few weeks are what we wait all season for!! Hopefully, you get that big one you’ve been chasing! Dont forget about the next generation of hunters. Get the kids in the woods. It’s late nights helping track and listening to the stories, and the family time that really counts! If you get your trophy, give us a call. We would love to recreate that memory for you!!

Got this massive unit finished up! Crazy the size of these things!! We are busy cranking mounts out and now they are rolling in! Rifle season is just around the corner start watching those trail cameras close them big boys will be cruisin.

October is here and the rut is right around the corner !! Good luck to all the hunters chasing the One. For youth again this year we will be giving away one shoulder mount and one skull mount. We draw the winners live on Facebook after season is over. It does not have to be harvested during the youth season we just ask that they are brought in by dec 31st. We are asking this year for the youth hunter two write a short paragraph, parents can write it for them about their hunt. We also ask they bring a picture of them with their deer. These will be incorporated with all youth mounts. Any caping questions or assistance give us a call we are more than willing to help out!

It’s time!! Hunters are killing deer with bows and the bear season opens today! Fall is in the air and at Put’em Up Taxidermy we couldn’t be more excited!! Amber got a bear tag and will be going on her first bear hunt tonight!! Remember this year deer can be brought back out of state as long as they are brought to a licensed taxidermist. Any more info needed on that reach out to me. Good luck to all! If you can put’em down we can Put’em Up!

Critters all over the place. Amber is in her final months of school and she has been busy busy. I’ve been left in charge of the house and oh boy skulls all over the kitchen table antler mounts covering my pool table fish and deer mounts hanging the entry way more deer and fish down stairs. Either she’s gonna kill me or build me a shop and oh boy am I rooting for a shop 😅. Here is a few we finished up recently.

It’s that time of the year again leaves are falling there are apple pies in the oven and every buck is hunting for his own slice of pie. As we all gear up for battle this weekend don’t forget what these next few week are all about!! Big bucks and ice cold Beer !!! I hope everyone has a fun time with family and friends don’t forget to get the kids involved, stayin up past bedtime tracking deer, helping skin listening to the stories that’s the stuff they realy remember. It’s been busy at Put’em lately so I apologize for the late post! Good luck to all the youth head out this weekend. Seems like social media is always judging hunters on there trophy’s. If your heart is racing or your hands shaking and your spending time with loved ones that makes it a trophy size doesn’t not matter! Get the pictures tell the story show it off that’s what it’s all about and if you want it on the wall give us a call. Same as last year we will be having two drawings on dec. 31st one free skull and one free shoulder mount will be givin out for the youth. It can be harvested during any season as along as it was taking by a youth. Parents can reach out for more info. Good luck your addiction to hunting and the outdoors is just beginning!

Good luck to all the bear hunters this weekend. I would guess your ass cracks will be wetter than the swamps you are hunting in with this heat. If you happen to lay the smack down on a yogi, give Put’em Up a shout. We would love to get your memory up on the wall!
