Hi all. Is anyone interested?
This is Sand
Sand is a 8yr old, 15.1 hand, 1200 lb sorrel ranch gelding. This is a stout, solid made horse that has been used in the feed yard and been ranched on. He is cowy and will watch one sort’n and has done a lot of it. Roped outside and in the pens and will work a rope. Sand is a very good outside horse and will drop his head and ride on a loose rein, very smooth, big walk and trot. He is very sure footed and as good in the rocks and steep stuff as you’ll find. He is gentle and stays gentle even with a lay off. Ol’ Sand has been a slave, asked to do every tough job there is with cattle, never shirked a duty, refused a job or complained. A brave, handy, reliable mount.

Our Vet’s were here to sedate 2 for trims, Baby Mac pre surg, and for Bi annual immunizations, annual physicals and medical follow-ups! ££££😳🤦‍♀️😬
Well over £1800 spent today and it’s not even winter yet.

Exciting day! What’s better than a new horse TWO new Horses ! 🤣

1st horse is a 6 year old bay gelding from Sheffield, Castleford

2nd horse is a 6 year old grey (looks like a champagne dun) gelding from Cavendish.

We will be training both horses for the next year and they will be done by September 13th-15th 2024.

The bay is more reserved and shy. It took a bit, but the grey gelding warmed up to us tonight and I was able to end the evening giving him scratches several times.

Blind Percheron Gelding

This gentle giant is 12 yrs old, 15.3 hands and super adjusted to his blindness. He rides so well with reins and legs. He will go without worry of his feet. He can find water and hay without issue. He is medium of the herd and does not back down from others when he wants something from other horses. He is a sweetheart and the very best of the blind horses we've had!
