We are back to the old days without TikTok!
However that's not going to stop me from posting my journey with each and every horse.
Today was a big success in so many ways. Today the BLM mustang Oban trotted for the first time under saddle. I only asked for a few strides just to let him feel everything. I'm absolutely over the moon proud of him. That wasn't the only milestone for this big boy this was his first ride in the snow.

Most cowboys would have already round penned him into the ground until he gave up. I have waited for him to understand the task that is given to him and the power to choose if he wanted to work with me. Today I decided that we were going to take it up a notch and he accepted. I am so grateful that he had no explosions or attitude with this new step towards greatness.
Look out world this big stunning BLM mustang is coming your way.

I'm Doing It
Song by WAR*HALL

June Bug has activated four-wheel drive!
This was the first time she's ever been rode in the snow. I think she absolutely enjoyed spending time with me and making me feel like a princess flying on a magical unicorn!

I hope you're all doing well with this snowy weather. I have decided to apply for the 2025 ATFO! The Appalachian Traine...

I hope you're all doing well with this snowy weather.

I have decided to apply for the 2025 ATFO!
The Appalachian Trainer Face Off is an event hosted by Heart Of Phoenix Equine Rescue every year in hopes of getting some rescue horses trained and adopted. I participated in 2021 and was The trainer for team Biscotti! I absolutely enjoyed participating in this event by donating training to a rescue horse in need.
I would like to show my followers support in my video application. I would greatly appreciate a short video sent to me from those that would like to participate and believe in my horsemanship skills. The video is going to be my fun twist on my application. In the video I would like you to tell us who you are, where you're from, and why do you think I should be accepted for the ATFO! I truly think this would be a lot of fun to show the people I have helped and horses that I've changed since 2021! For those that would like to participate and you are camera shy you can still show your support in a recorded voice message or a text message that I will screenshot and add to the video.
Thank you in advance I appreciate you so much!
Love your favorite

Pour Some Sugar on Me
Song by Def Leppard

Scooter has become one of my favorites to ride! I still can't believe the horse he has become. It feels like yesterday his mother was rescued from slaughter pregnant with all this goodness inside. I'm so grateful our paths have crossed and I have the pleasure to work with you.

Love you to pieces Scooter!

I See Red
Song by Everybody Loves An Outlaw
If someone would have told me I would only have red geldings in for training I would have thought they were kidding.

I hope you found this educational!
For those that would like to participate!
which part of the saddle did you not know? I didn't know the fork of the saddle. I knew what the swell was but I have never heard the word fork ever used before to describe the swell. It's okay not to know everything.
Once you stop learning you have given up.

The Sweet Escape
Song by Gwen Stefani

june Bug traveled many states for her very first dressage lesson. This gypsy never seems to disappoint no matter the task. June Bug excelled in her lesson working on some second level dressage. I learned just as much as she did maybe even so much more. I can't wait to show what I have gained this weekend. I'm also so excited to teach all of my students some new lateral flexion and bending techniques.

A Simple Song
Song by Chris Stapleton

Daisy Moo is doing so well with her healthy bull calf! Thurston's first time out in the sunshine! It was a mission to get them to the front yard but we were successful. Don't you worry we were able to get them back in before the nasty weather rolled in.
