This amazing company is driven by their ongoing mission of providing senior dogs a second chance, by finding a home where they can live out their lives surrounded by love and companionship. The Grey Muzzle is truly a unique nationwide organization that provides grants to shelters and rescues. There is a donate button on their website, ways to explore volunteering, or they encourage sharing their website with anyone you know.

There is beauty and a profound dignity as a dog ages. They live each day enmeshed in our routines, spending so much of their lives waiting for us to come home, and so happy just to see us, until the day they breathe their last. They give so much, and ask for so little.

I am an ER veterinarian and before SKYEVET, I was not a prolific traveler by any means. ✈️ But over the past few years, it has become a part of me. It adds an entirely new dimension to this career. There is so much I have come to love about my unconventional adventurous lifestyle - amazing new friendships, greater professional engagement with a variety of environments, natural boundaries to my personal and family life, new and unexpected challenges and there is almost a poetic meditative quality to bookending my intense ER runs with a flight in the clouds. For those fellow travelers, some of you understand how it becomes a part of your being. And for those still dreaming of or wishing for another life, be 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝.

Meet the Train Tracks Puppies - Featuring a special 3 limbed puppy, Tracks, rescued by Luvnpupz.

On April 1st, the director of LuvnPupz received a call about a litter of puppies found near the train tracks in Louisiana. The puppies had suffered severe injuries from the train. LuvnPupz was alerted to the crisis and they immediately intervened, securing emergency veterinary treatment for the litter. After 6 weeks of extensive medical care, and a forelimb amputation for Tracks, 3 of the puppies had been successfully nursed back to health. They are all on their way to being matched with furrever homes!
