This sweetest boy came up to me In Pittsburg on Oakdale Place
I was delivering. He kept following me to my deliveries. obviously I couldn't help him. I did call in to animal services and gave him some fresh water.
No collar, was dirty,

Urgent!! IN, Anderson “Simon” visually impaired puppy real sweetheart

We have simon who needs a better place than we can provide in our overcrowded, city shelter.

He is visually impaired, but we dont know to what degree. His hearing seems ok.
