So, I have had so many poor customer service experiences since last year it's difficult to go do anything without needing to complain. It sucks. However, I had some of the most amazing customer service since yesterday even though it wasn't their fault. I placed an order with Petsmart through Rakuten over the weekend. Keep in mind I just moved so, not all of my profiles are updated. I used PayPal to place my order. For some reason, I had a pending charge on my card, but there was no email to pick up my order. 🤷‍♀️ I called Petsmart, no order and um, your old address is still here. I called Paypal and was referred back to Petsmart even though they had nothing. I email Petsmart and told them about the dilemma. Still no order. I called Paypal again, but asked for a supervisor to escalate. I sent Petsmart's email and I got my money back. I told Petsmart that I was refunded. Petsmart turned around and sent me a coupon . They didn't need to, but they did anyway. I was also emailing them about the error that happened when I updated my info. So, I had plenty going on while struggling with three different companies. Petsmart has actually been really great out of all the companies that are walking all over us.

I wanted to take a moment to post a shout out to BDE dog training. For the past couple of years I have been training my schnauzer through a different dog trainer; for the most part it worked. She quit dragging me down the stairs and barks less, but she still reacted to the neighbor dogs and it was a challenge to get tips on training her to not lunge. Joe at BDE had the best answer by far. He said she has barrier anxiety. This explained quite a bit because she seemed more aggressive when behind the fence or on a leash. He's working with her and it sounds like she's doing really good.
