Atlas is a member of Jenn’s pack of 4 huskies! This handsome boy just turned 6 years old and he is a certified goofball and professional counter surfer 🏄🏻‍♂️ He also loves harmonizing with his brothers and will proudly serenade you with the sweet song of his people.

We’re starting off with Haley’s cat, Zuli ! 🩵
Haley adopted Zuli from Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia this past November and she says it was the best decision she’s ever made! Zuli was the perfect fit when Haley was looking for a companion to join her other cat at home. 🏠

With everything we've had going on recently, we had decided to postpone the deactivation of our HillcrestVC app. Now that things are getting back to normal, we will be moving forward with the deactivation. As of March 10th, 2025 the HillcrestVC app will no longer be available to use, so please make sure to download our ✨NEW✨ app, MyPetsWellness!

In our new app you can still chat with us, request medication refills, and view your pets vaccine records. To log in to the new app, be sure to use the email that is linked to your account with us. When you open the app it will ask you for an access code; just click "Don't have code" underneath and it will send a code to your email. If you have any trouble, please don't hesitate to give us a call!

It's the news you've all been waiting for..... We're finally back to being fully open again! 🤩🎉 Our lobby is open again and we are now able to have people come in, check in, and wait for their appointments as normal! We are still working on the finishing touches to get things back to being good as new, so just ignore our little cosmetic details for a little while longer. 😉

Don’t forget ❗️➖ We’re back in our clinic again!

All appointments and medication pick ups are now back at our clinic as usual. The only thing that is still different is our lobby is still closed and under construction. We ask that when you arrive for your appointment, medication pick up, etc that you give us a call and let us know you’re here. We will let you know what to do from there. Thank you all for your continued patience, understanding, and support!

First and foremost, we’d like to thank all of our wonderful clients for your continued patience and understanding while we’ve been navigating the very unexpected and difficult aftermath of our clinic’s flood a couple weeks ago.

Finally, we’re able to update everyone with some exciting news! 🤩

We will be able to begin operating out of part of our clinic beginning on Monday, February 3rd. The front part of our building is still under construction so for safety purposes, we will be operating using a hybrid of both curbside and in person appointments. Our phone system is back up and running as normal now so whenever you arrive for your appointment please call us to check in and we will direct you from there. You may now also call us as you normally would for all other needs such as scheduling or rescheduling appointments, requesting medication refills, etc. Any other updates will continue to be posted on our page. Our staff is so excited to see everyone again! 🐶🐱❤️

Good morning everyone! We wanted to provide everyone with another quick update with everything going on. As of right now we still ARE NOT able to see patients out of our clinic. We are still operating as follows:
Phone calls, emails, and chats will be answered and addressed Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 5pm. Until further notice, any patient we see will be being seen at an alternate facility. We still are not sure when we will be able to get back into our clinic but we will keep everyone updated when that changes. We are very grateful to the men and women working hard every day to get our clinic back in tip top shape so we can continue providing the best care possible to your furry family members! ❤️🐶🐱 We’re eager to get back to “business as usual” but we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue navigating this unexpected hurdle and keep moving forward!
