First and foremost, we’d like to thank all of our wonderful clients for your continued patience and understanding while we’ve been navigating the very unexpected and difficult aftermath of our clinic’s flood a couple weeks ago.

Finally, we’re able to update everyone with some exciting news! 🤩

We will be able to begin operating out of part of our clinic beginning on Monday, February 3rd. The front part of our building is still under construction so for safety purposes, we will be operating using a hybrid of both curbside and in person appointments. Our phone system is back up and running as normal now so whenever you arrive for your appointment please call us to check in and we will direct you from there. You may now also call us as you normally would for all other needs such as scheduling or rescheduling appointments, requesting medication refills, etc. Any other updates will continue to be posted on our page. Our staff is so excited to see everyone again! 🐶🐱❤️

Good morning everyone! We wanted to provide everyone with another quick update with everything going on. As of right now we still ARE NOT able to see patients out of our clinic. We are still operating as follows:
Phone calls, emails, and chats will be answered and addressed Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 5pm. Until further notice, any patient we see will be being seen at an alternate facility. We still are not sure when we will be able to get back into our clinic but we will keep everyone updated when that changes. We are very grateful to the men and women working hard every day to get our clinic back in tip top shape so we can continue providing the best care possible to your furry family members! ❤️🐶🐱 We’re eager to get back to “business as usual” but we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue navigating this unexpected hurdle and keep moving forward!

Quick update for everyone: We are still working hard to get all of this weeks appointments addressed. We will continue to be available to answer phone calls and emails from 8am until 2pm tomorrow. Wednesday through Friday we will be answering phone calls and emails from 8:30am until 5pm. We will continue seeing a limited number of sick patients throughout this week at an alternate location. If your pet needs to be seen please contact our office during the above times for further instruction. If your pet needs immediate care and you are unable to reach us you can contact Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic at 304-296-7387 during their business hours or the North Central WV Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Fairmont at 304-363-2227. We are working hard to get everyone called and rescheduled. We will be available to answer phone calls and emails from 8am until 11am tomorrow, and from 8am until 2pm on Monday and Tuesday next week. We will be seeing a limited number of sick patients on Monday and Tuesday at an alternate location. If your pet needs to be seen please contact our office during the above times for further instruction. Unfortunately we had a flood in our clinic over night. We will NOT be able to open today. We will be calling all scheduled appointments for the day to get them rescheduled. Introducing our 80s babies! 🪩😎 These rugrats are the latest adoptable kittens here at Hillcrest! They are approximately 3 months old, FeLV/FIV negative, and are current on their vaccinations, deworming, and flea and tick prevention. Their adoption fee is $100 each and this covers their first year of vaccines as well as their spays and neuter.
