Sunday, Nov 17- we kick off a WEEK LONG endeavor to round up as much dog food as we can for BARK! (Plus toys and treats)
This is a COMPETITION and being the fierce competitors we are, we NEED YOUR HELP to win! But actually- the DOGGIES win so that’s what matters most and every pound counts!! Donate 40 # or more and be entered to win two tickets to Cody Canada Nov 23.

Drop off bags of dog food starting Sunday Nov 17 and every day till Nov 24. And SUNDAY, please help us kick off this fun “round up” by bringing YOUR furbaby to meet Reba from 3p-5p! Please make sure you have a leash and your babies are canine and people friendly. Reba will be front and center ready to make new friends!

The kennels can be a scary place for a new dog with lots of new smells and loud barking. Every new dog gets a soft stuffed animal for cuddling upon intake in case they they need the extra comfort. Consider donating $5 to help us replenish our stuffed animal stash. Pictured is Hank posing with his soft gerbil stuffy. ❤️

Lu Lu short for Luann

Our sweet Lu was adopted from us 5 years ago as a puppy.

🚨 🚨🚨🚨🚨 3 short months ago, we found out she was left abandoned with the parents of the adopter who wanted to surrender her back to us.

How sad right? 5 years in a home, with a family, to be returned to a over crowded shelter, where her life began 😭.

Sweet Lu quickly stole our hearts at the kennel, and the hearts of a family in Colorado. They are anxiously awaiting her arrival Saturday.

We are asking for you help to cover her vetting cost and crate fee to make it to her forever in Colorado.

💰 We need to raise $121💰

$21 rabies
$30 health certificate
$20 for dhpp, bordetella, flea and heartworm prevention
$50 crate fee

Your donations are tax deductible and ANY amount helps!
We are a registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit animal rescue. 🐾

Veterans Day post 2 of 2:

We'd also like to thank our kennel tech Jared for his service and for all he does here at BARK! Jared started working here almost a month ago. He quickly won over all our dogs, even the harder cases ❤️ We are lucky to have him!

We'd like to express our gratitude for our very own Anita! She served in the US Navy. She currently comes once a week every week to help us keep BARK's laundry under control. Our dogs get excited whenever they hear her car approaching because they will get an extra treat! Thank you Anita!

Each bar will have specials and events for customers and bring donated food. Help your favorite bar win a trophy sponsored by iHeartdogs ❤️ and have the bragging rights!

Dude has left the building and landed on a soft bed at his new forever home 😍😍
Dude will be missed but he is so happy to be out of the kennels ❤️
