Feeling so much love and gratitude because of our Ukiyo Dogs family. Thank you for believing in us, supporting our business, and playing a significant role in our journey. We were in complete awe to receive so much love and support during our last Bark in the Park. We seriously feel so lucky to be building this beautiful community together 💜

Bark in the Park is our way of bringing together the members of our Ukiyo Dogs family. Once a dog completes one of our programs and has a solid training foundation, they are invited to take their skills to the next level at this community event.

At Bark in the Park, we work alongside each other, navigating real-world distractions. This event provides a safe, non-judgmental space to address the challenges we face as pet parents.

It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other like-minded dog lovers who share our commitment to training. We hope to not only learn and grow together but also to foster a community where both humans and dogs can form lasting friendships beyond our events.

Looking forward to seeing everyone our next event 💜

The Amazing Tail of Anna & Hugo:

Before meeting Anna, Hugo’s story began when police found him tied up and abandoned. At this time, he seemed abused, neglected, sick, starving, underweight, and on the brink of death.

Hugo’s life was saved by police rescuing him from these circumstances, in addition to the shelter restoring his health.

While this made a significant impact on saving Hugo’s life, I believe the real hero of this story, is Anna.

After falling in love with Hugo, Anna adopted him at end of last year. But not even a month after rescuing him, she discovered that Hugo had cancer.

Anna made the ruff decision to spend her savings in order to remove his cancerous cyst. While the surgery was successful, it wasn’t too long after that they discovered Hugo had another form of cancer.

At this time, Anna was told that Hugo only had a few months to live.

With this news, Anna decided to provide Hugo with the best life possible in his remaining time. But another decision Anna made, was that if Hugo was healthy and full of life after this time, she would continue training with him.

Fast forward to today… Hugo has made it past his life expectancy and is healthier than a horse. He’s the goofiest goober, so full of love, smarter than a whip, and has energy for days.

It’s obvious that Anna’s love for Hugo is unparalleled. And she’s saved his life in more ways than one. She’s not only aided him in being the healthiest he’s ever been and battled cancer with him, but she has also given him a home and life full of so much love.

Anna understands that training is a means that will not only heal the wounds of Hugo’s past, but it will also empower their relationship, help them enjoy any adventure they set out on, and also result in them living their best lives together.

Words cannot describe how much we are looking forward to helping these two achieve the bright future that they deserve 💜💜💜
