Another busy 3 day weekend at the shows. Toby has a bright future ahead of himself, He even beat his dad out this weekend and earned his first points toward his AKC championship! As you can see, Maverick was also so proud of himself for winning a new toy, it makes all that standing and looking pretty worth it 😂

Maverick and his son Toby were back at it again today. Maverick was Winners Dog today for 1 point toward his championship and Toby was best 6-9 month puppy. I want to give our younger girls recognition for their accomplisjments as well. Aubry took first in her class with her bulldog and Brae took a group 2nd in the 4-6 month class with her American Hairless Terrier.

It was a little touch and go on the storm today, but all in all we had a great time. This was the last show Toby was eligible for puppy shows. He officially turns 6 months old on July 1st. I think he might give his dad a run for his money.

We were able to squeeze 1 day in for the dog show this weekend and what a day it was. Maverick was Winners Dog for 1 point and also was 1st in Junior Showmanship. All while blowing his coat and not looking his best. His son Toby took 1st in the herding group in the 4-6 month puppy show, winning himself a football trophy. Loved , trained and shown by 2 of our amazing girls.

A great start to the weekend. Toby won best Australian cattle dog pup and 1st in groups for herding. His dad Maverick was 1st in his class and Reserve winners dog and then placed 4th in Junior showmanship.

This boy is looking for a farm home only. He was raised with 2 other female dogs and so far has gotten along with other dogs great. He prefers not to be petted except when he wants and only likes belly rubs. No inside homes and no kids. He is already neutered.

Maverick was 1st in his class, Best of Winners and Owner handled. He also took 3rd place in Juniors. Loved, trained and shown by Azlyn.

Maverick won 1st in his class and Winners Dog with Azlyn and then he showed in juniors with Lakin and took 2nd. Everyone had a great time.

This boy is all around amazing with the best temperament. Last year we did minimal shows, but hoping to get more in this year. Maverick is headed out this weekend for his first show of the year.

Toby sitting pretty at puppy class. Yes, even we take our dogs to training classes. I can’t express enough how important it is to get your puppies out in the world and socialized. All the work you put into them when they are young will pay off with a well behaved family member.

A little trip out socializing with Toby. He is from our Nessie & Maverick litter. Watch out for him in the show ring with his dad. He will be trained and handled by our daughter Lakin.
