I finally got seeds in last week so I should have a fresh batch of Microgreens in about five more days!!!!

Lots of stuff ready to be harvested! Let me know what you need I’ve got broccoli, pea shoots, arugula, a salad mix, radish and amaranth. I should have sunflower carrot and cilantro by the end of the week. 4 dollars for each pint size container

A A salad mix microgreen salad for lunch with a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar! So much flavor this particular mix has kale arugula broccoli Kohlrabl, cabbage and mustard seeds! Let me know if you want some spicy salad mix I have a few containers ready to be harvested!

In the beginning I had a very long list of business names too many to choose from🤪 so I let the kids make the final pick. So naturally they pick the one that had their name In it and the runner-up was going to be just the logo.  but after a little bit of consideration my mom reminded me to keep it simple and just change it all to eat the leaf and I’ve been working on the logo so that should be coming here soon!

My refrigerator came in yesterday exclusively to be used for my micro green business! Yay- I can’t wait to have it all filled up.

So I’m sure some of you are wondering what are micro greens? so in the short version microgreens are when you take seeds for a regular fruit or vegetables and you grow them until their first true leaf stage this usually takes anywhere from 10 to 21 days depending on the seed. so this is a little bit past a sprout and they contain 40% more nutritional value than the actual plant itself so you’re able to get a lot more nutrition in a very small portion. And just like all vegetables they all have their own flavor the carrots taste exactly like carrots the P shoots have a similar flavor to a mild asparagus radish taste just like radish 😍.
