We are moving!
Due to relocation to England my dog training services in Maryland will no longer be available
I'm grateful I had a chance to work with so many amazing dogs here in Maryland and help so many families
I'm going to be back to full service in Wi******er United Kingdom the beginning of 2023!
Stay Tuned!
Bleu and Rylee working on recall using play as reward on our 2nd session together. Rylee asked me for help with her adorable Australian shepherd after a bad experience Bleu had in a board and train facility using shock collars and punishment as a way to train. Bleu has dog to dog resource guarding and dog to human fear based aggression.
Honestly after our evaluation session I didn’t think that the progress would be so quick. The first time I met Bleu, he didn’t let me get near him at all and tried to bite me.
It just goes to show how fast a positive approach can help a dog
This might be baby-steps for bleu but with positive training he finally gets to choose to do the right thing rather than just obey commands.

Jim and Lily on our 2nd session working on mat targeting and impulse controll!
Such a great job!!!
Look at this great job!!!
Melinda and Scout on our 3rd session.
working on delayed reward! I’m really proud of this pup progresses thanks to the hard work and the consistency of her owners!
Delayed reward is very difficult for the dog
We are basically asking to preform behavior with no visible reward.
Recall and stay are very important they can save your dog life!
We want our dogs to come when calld and stay and not move even if there isn’t obvious reward wating!
Making training fun!
I love when clients send me videos between sessions!
This is some awesome progress of Nelie with Alexandra Hilton!!
Good job!!
Giving Back
Rescue dogs have always been an important part of my life, they taught me what compassion, patience and unconditional love means.

For me, giving back to rescue dogs is a priority.
I volunteer with rescue dogs at shelters and foster homes, and I meet many dogs that have been waiting for their forever home for months and sometimes even years.

I'm offering 1 free training session for adopting families who adopt dogs listed on this page. Together we can set them up for success!

If you are interested in adopting one of the dogs on this page just click the adopt me button and it will redirect you to the rescue organization where the dog can be found.

Mat targeting is such a useful behavior to teach your dog
I love chihuahuas!
Another session with Samo in high distraction environment!
Most dogs don’t like to be pet on their head by strangers. Instead, if you want to say hello and you’ve asked their guardian, say hello verbally and allow the dog to choose if they want to be pet. If they come closer for a sniff, leave your hand at your side. Allow them to sniff and initiate a pet, then pet their side behind their shoulders and stop. If they want more, they’ll let you know. Consent is important for dogs, too.
This is funny 😂
But it doesn’t have to be that way !
Had wonderful training session with Nellie in a high distraction environment!

Had wonderful training session today with Samo.
Bruno and Lucia are working on loose leash walking.
Loose leash walking is very unnatural behavior for dogs, they are moving faster than us naturally, and the concept of a pathway doesn't mean anything to them.
It doesn't mean we need to use aversive equipment like a prong collar. When we teach them to walk on a loose leash with aversive equipment that you buy in your local pet store it seems like its working at first, but you're taking the risk of creating other behavior problems and damaging your relationship with your dog.
If you want to teach your dog to love walking on a loose leash and not to teach them to hate pulling on the leash. I use science-based dog training methods that are force-free only.

My dog Bowie is not a perfect dog.
Like anyone else unpleasant experiences from his past defined who he is today .
Unfortunately or not unfortunately Bowie need to travel again on an airplane with us at the end of the summer.
the last time was two years ago on a 15 hours flight from Hong Kong to Maryland USA,
it’s safe to say that this was not a good trip for Bowie and for the last two years we worked on rebuild his confidence and trust and that wasn’t easy!!
But It all went very well except of one thing- the terrifying travel crate. Bowie could not be even next to one of these crates he was scared even from the sound of the metal door of the create , going inside the crate was a big no for Bowie and I felt very helpless
For the last 2 month me and Bowie worked on changing the negative emotions of the crate in a very slow process
Today we managed to get some big progress and we want to show every one how brave Bowie is!!
I’m so proud of him this is not easy and there is much more work to do
But this is definitely a big step that will make his next airplane tip little less horrible ( I really hope!!)
Love you Bowie!!!
Beatiful mastiff Bruno,
Seconed session of basic manners
He learns quick
