She is highly toy motivated. Lainey listens extremely well. The longer she is in a facility, the more she is going to regress.
We play ball, we feed her, we take care of her, but it's not the same. We are a temporary fix. Let's find her a permanent family.
COME BY AND SEE HER ANYTIME MONDAY-SATURDAY 10-12PM & 1-4PM WE ARE CLOSED WED&SUN.

Find you new best friend…
Kindness. Sidney, thank you!! It would be like shearing a sheep.
Can we please tell you how AMAZING Sidney from Sidney’s Bark and Bath is?!? She has volunteered her Saturday to help groom our cruelty dogs. We can’t say thank you enough!! Sidney’s Bark N Bath- Morristown,TN
This is the one of the Davis Street Dogs.
I wanted to give a big HUGE thank you !!! To Foxy Paws for helping us get these babies groomed and back to being the beautiful pups they are!
This is Simba (bottom right). Elsa ( top right) they came from a puppy mill in Sevier County these and many, many others were rescued, so we decided to step in and do our part to help!!
Some were lost due to illness and neglect, but these two are strong and resilient.
We are currently taking applications on them. They are awaiting their alteration date. They are both 3 yrs old. The female, Elsa, is very scared but loving. The male, Simba, is still very trusting and so sweet.
They will be taking visitors and applications today from 10am - 1pm. Otherwise, our normal hours will begin tomorrow. Monday-Saturday 10-12pm & 1-4pm ( closed wed&sun)
Miss Queen has been with us for a couple of weeks now. In that time, we have learned her best and worst qualities.
PROS - She is loyal to a fault and ALWAYS eager to please. She knows most simple commands, sit, stay, laydown, etc. Queen does well on a leash. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES other dogs, and she doesn't mind cats. She rarely ever barks!
CONS - She may give too many kisses. She tries to steal your heart daily(ughh how awful😉).Last but not least, her IQ level exceeds many!!! So beware (she understands what you're saying), so if you say outside or treat (you better mean it )
SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DOG, THAT LOVES OTHER ANIMALS AND PEOPLE, IS COMPLETLY POTTY TRAINED, AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE SMARTER THAN YOU ! THIS IS YOUR GIRL!
Stop by and meet her anytime Monday-Saturday 10-12pm & 1-4pm ( closed wed&sun)

According to Sheriff Mullins, votes from the community are what will determine if Nexus is chosen as the top dog in his category of this canine competition.
"We chose to enter Nexus because we're proud of his track record with us and the work he has done with his handler, Deputy David Barker," Sheriff Mullins stated. "If enough people vote, Nexus will be a tier winner and receive $2,500 for the department to use for his maintenance."
Voting will run through June 5th and the winner will be announced on June 7th. Show your support of Nexus and the HCSO! Please share and help Nexus be the top dog we know he is!

Hi everyone 👋
My name is Contessa. I am a 1 year old heeler mix and I am looking for my forever family. I am fully vetted, altered, and microchipped and I would love to meet you. I’m a pretty laid back. I know how to sit, stay, and shake on command. I am eager to learn more if you are willing to teach me. I do well around other dogs, kids, and large farm animals. I will admit that I may need to be supervised while around smaller farm animals such as chickens. If you would be interested in visiting with me I will be available anytime 10-12 & 1-4 (closed Wed and Sun)
‼️🆘‼️ When we say we are beyond full on adult dogs we mean it. We have no kennel to put the injured dog when she comes back from the vet. We have dogs in our office, dogs in our meet and greet room, dogs in our isolation room and adult dogs in our puppy room. If another stray walks through the door we will have no where left to put him/her. We NEED adopters and fosters desperately. Please stop in or call us to meet our dogs anytime 1-3:30. We would love to help you find a perfect fit for your family!! 🐾❤️ All of our available dogs can be viewed on petfinder.com but we have sooo many more on medical hold available to foster 💔
